For 5€ (max), I would give it 4-5 stars. After 5-6 uses, it started to not be as elastic/tight anymore (basically, it's like it's stretched out).

Για 5€ (max), θα του έβαζα 4-5 αστέρια. Μετά από 5-6 χρήσεις άρχισε να μην είναι πια τόσο ελαστικό/σφιχτό (βασικά είναι σαν ξεχειλωμένο).
For skiing, it should be all fleece, not just the neck.
Για σκι θα έπρεπε να είναι όλη fleece, οχι μόνο ο λαιμός.
