The present work "The Appeal" constitutes a systematic interpretation of the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, which regulate the legal remedy of the appeal.
Through the conjunction of theory and case law from civil courts of all levels, issues related to the exercise of the appeal, deadlines, the legitimacy of the parties, the suspensive, transmissive, and communicative effects of this legal remedy, the discussion process, and issues of temporal law, especially after the implementation of Law 4335/2015, are highlighted and examined.
