I bought it a year ago for my son's chronic laryngitis, which constantly bothers him. At first, I struggled to understand why, even though I had assembled everything, it wouldn't nebulize the medication at all. The instructions didn't help much either. It has a small blue cone inside the packaging (everything is separate, you have to assemble it yourself) that had to be inserted into the chamber for the medication to work properly. It nebulizes well, but only for lighter medications. Not so well for Pulmicort. It has a variety of masks and nozzles, a very nice packaging, and a carrying bag. Nebulizing with a combination of Pulmicort, Berovent, and a few drops of serum takes about 40 minutes. Very tiring and time-consuming. It is also noisy to an annoying degree. It sounds like a grinder. I don't know if all nebulizers are like this, so I don't have a point of comparison. In some videos, I saw that they have some noise. It does its job, though, if the cases are not severe. However, for more chronic cases, I eventually switched to a more medical and powerful nebulizer that finishes in ten minutes and with a more closed mask so that the child can receive all the medication because with the Beurer one, it is more open and half of it gets lost. It has a long cable that can be wrapped and a long air hose for the mask so that it can be used from a distance.
