The light, floral notes come to complete the tasting. In the mouth, umami flavors of bacon, intense sensations of smoke and leather, underlying orange acidity, and peppery tingles will be felt on your tongue. Light body despite its full smoky flavor and a warm, spicy aftertaste of moderate, and somewhat longer, duration.
