I installed it myself on an AMD FX8150. I had never installed a cooler in recent years, but as a beginner, it took me about half an hour to install, from unscrewing the case to fully reassembling the motherboard. So I believe that for an experienced person, it will be a relatively easy task, but I struggled with the screwing. As for performance, I ran a heavy 3D design in AutoCAD while simultaneously playing a game, and the noise was so minimal that I wondered if the computer was even running... a very good purchase, I recommend it.

IMPORTANT UPDATE. It was installed on my new Ryzen 3900x and I ran Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings. The temperature was only 65 degrees (measured by Ryzen Master) in a relatively old case. The cooler proved to be a small miracle.

The cooler is possibly the best value for money at the moment. I had it on an Athlon x950 with its own cooler, and the temperature was 55-65 when I played for a while, reaching 71 degrees. With the Hyper, it didn't exceed 55 even after 5 hours of gaming, especially in heavy games. I upgraded the processor and went to a Ryzen 1600x. Obviously, it was like day and night in terms of temperature, as I bought it with its own cooler and used it for a week. The average temperature in heavy games was 55. When I installed the Hyper, the average temperature in heavy games was only 49 degrees, and in idle it was 29-32 (it's laughable). In terms of noise, it's almost 0 and doesn't bother at all, as in the tests I did and worked it to the maximum through the BIOS, it was barely audible. When it reaches 60% of its operation, it immediately lowers the processor temperature by 5-6 degrees and doesn't bother at all. Finally, the installation is a bit tiring for beginners like me, and it has a considerable volume. But it fits comfortably in a midi tower without any problems. On the plus side, the screws with springs warn you with noise when they reach the end and are attached to the processor, as they can't go any further. On the negative side, the screws are very close to the body of the cooler, making it difficult to twist. I recommend a thin screwdriver with a long neck.

I wore it on an FX8300 on which I had the stock, the difference is day and night in games, I don't exceed 50 degrees (gtaV H1Z1) and in idle it's around 16-20 (depending on the room temperature). I can't say that the installation was easy because I had never installed a cooler before... as a beginner, it took me about an hour. It takes up quite a bit of space in a midi tower, but it doesn't cause any issues and the noise is minimal... (it also has four white LEDs that add a touch of elegance)

With an fx 6300 on a 3-year-old mAtx and a noname cooler, the machine would reach a CPU temperature of 84C when playing games and then shut down on its own after a while. I installed the cooler today and after 1 hour of gaming, the temperature did not exceed 32C. In Windows, without any open applications, it drops to 24C. It was easily installed in a mini case within 5 minutes. It just requires access to the back of the motherboard. A very good choice for its price and reputation. I was torn between this one and the aarctic freezer 7 pro rev 2, but the latter did not fit in the machine.
