I usually used 15-50 and changed them around 10,000km. Now I put 10-40, I haven't used them before, I'm heading towards Central and Northern Europe where there are lower temperatures... in general, the company is top-notch

This review is about the viscosity: 10W-40

The manufacturer for the Crypton R recommends 20 - 40. I have 25,000km factory and I was using Motul 10/40 without burning anything. I only ride the moped for 3 months in the summer with tough temperatures. I bought Liqui Moly because of the 5-star reviews and I thank the guys who inform us through their reviews. I have done 150km, the gearbox is buttery, the engine runs smoothly. It is equivalent to the Motul 4100 I used, but it gives me the feeling that it offers something extra in throttle response.
BelRay was the only one I won't use again. It made the gearbox rough.
For the friend who refers to Hondas: Honda's change from 10-40 to 10-30 has caused complaints from riders who feel the gearbox is harsher.
If he wants, he can search online to see what others who have gone down in viscosity say.
    Now, Liqui Moly!!

I placed this specific oil in my Sym GTS 300i F4. So far, the engine runs smoothly and I haven't noticed anything unusual. The major difference is that it takes a bit longer for the engine to warm up, meaning it takes about 2 minutes for the temperature gauge to reach the middle where it should be. I confidently recommend it for scooters.

This review is about the viscosity: 10W-40

Installation on Yamaha Crypton S 115i, after positive comments and encouragement from friends for their choice.
They performed as expected, although at first for a few hundred km I felt like the clutch discs were slipping and the gearbox seemed to get stuck during gear changes.
After a while, they settled, but the sticking still occurred, not always.
At 3,000km, I changed them, they came out very black.
Yes, I know that if they are black, they are doing the job they should.
However, it is a reputable and safe choice!!

This review is about the viscosity: 10W-40

I would like to help with my experience. I bought Liquid Moly because I always preferred it for my car as a brand and I never had a problem. Now, on my Honda Hornet 600 - 2008, the gears were tight and had a bad feeling to the point where I had to change them after a month. I was recommended Bellray Exp. As soon as I put it in, the feeling of the gears changed and they stay soft and correct. Additionally, the sound of the engine has also softened. I hope I helped

This summer of '21, with 500 degrees, the lubricant was functioning by lubricating the piston, bearings, and kitchenettes, even though the engine was on fire and turned silver to red!!! In winter, you have to leave the engine running for 4 minutes in idle for it to work. P.S. Rommel probably won in the desert because he had the ancestor of this oil. When the allied tanks were sticking from the heat, the panzers were sliding...

To user Xryma who made the initial review!

Attention, Honda asks for and recommends 10w-30 oil, not 10w-40.
Don't listen to the repair shops. Get 10w-30 oil next time from the same brand and use it.
My CB-500X (end of '17 model) works completely silently and correctly with this oil for 24000km.

For the speeds, also check the condition of the chain and its lubrication/tension.
