Being a MikroTik is not intended for residential users without some knowledge. However, if you have the knowledge to configure it, it does an exceptional job!

I have 2 of these antennas, approximately 100 meters apart with trees in between, and they work without any problems. I tried using just one to connect to an OTE router, but the results were not good. This doesn't mean that the antenna is not good, it's just that the OTE router doesn't have a strong signal. In any case, the antenna worked fine, it just required higher frequencies (channels 100+).

Update 6/4/24: 2 of these antennas have been working for 2 years in a link of approximately 1km with several trees obstructing the signal, and without a clear fresnel zone, with speeds of 90-150Mbps. They have been installed on poles about 10m above the ground due to the terrain slope in between. They have performed quite well in my experience, without any disconnections, etc., but they required some tweaking with the settings to work properly due to the lack of clear line of sight. I didn't have the opportunity to test directional or 2.4GHz antennas in order to make a comparison, but for sending a VDSL50 link over 1km, they are more than sufficient.
