    From the beginning, the device was falling off without even placing the phone and without the car moving. I used transparent silicone to prevent it from falling off, and after it solidified, a screw started to loosen, and the phone wouldn't stay at a stable height. In my attempt to adjust it, the head of the plastic screw broke, and the device became completely useless. Its nice appearance was misleading. It's a shame for the store, which may not be responsible for the quality of the device.
