Even with half a bottle in a 42-liter tank, I clearly saw the engine running more smoothly, especially at startup and idle, as well as pulling about 10% better at lower RPMs. If you use regular diesel, it's a good solution every now and then... it probably cleans the injectors/valves somewhat.
