The TV Star Handy Heater is a wall-mounted fan heater that heats rooms up to 15 m². It features a digital thermostat adjustable from 15 to 32 °C and a 12-hour timer. It operates quietly and includes overheat protection.

Opinions are mixed, with positive comments mainly about its convenient use and reasonably quiet operation in very small spaces. It is described as suitable for a bathroom, a small room, or personal heating beside a desk. However, several users say it doesn’t meaningfully warm a room, while some mention that it’s noisy.
It takes the chill out. Best for heating a person not a whole room. I keep it beside my desk for added warmth. Works reasonably well for the money. Cheap solution for small heating needs.

Considering the fact that this device is 400w, which means it is suitable for a space of about 5 square meters, I use it in a space of 25 square meters just to slightly increase the temperature, even if it doesn't make it cold or warm. And it does its job well, although the fan capacitor burned out and made strange noises, I replaced it and everything is fine.
It's not worth even 1 €.... I put it in a small bathroom for 3 hours and the temperature was the same.... I threw it away immediately
A hairdryer does more work after five hours, the room temperature remained the same and we are talking about a 2 sqm room
Despite the negative comments I read, I bought it. All the fan heaters I have purchased make more noise, this one can hardly be heard. It does a very good job in the bathroom, heating it up in 5 minutes at 28 degrees. For small spaces up to a bedroom, it is worth every penny and more.
Do not expect a room to warm up with 350 watts, which is not really enough. No matter how many hours you leave it on, the fan makes a lot of noise like a hairdryer and the airflow is minimal. If it was actually 350 watts, it would be good for heating a normal room. We wouldn't need heaters and various other things.
New comment: Because I measured it, it draws 248 watts and not 350 as it claims to be.
Also, when you set the temperature to 23 degrees, for example, it is difficult for it to reach that temperature. The resistance cuts off, but the fan continues to work and blows cold air. The fan should also cut off.
