The content of the book is divided into three main sections: plant cell, plant tissues and tissue systems, plant organs of flowering plants.

The first section refers to the chemical composition, structure, and division of the plant cell.

The second section examines the plant tissues, the morphological types, and the characteristics of the cells that make them up, as well as the systems of plant tissues.

The third and most extensive section describes morphologically and anatomically the plant organs of flowering plants: root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit, seed.
