Instructions for Use

  • Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge
  • Coat the interior of the cookware with oil or butter before each use
  • Do not overheat the cookware when it is empty
  • Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results
  • Allow the cookware to cool and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid
  • Prefer kitchen tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone for longer coating life
  • Never cut food inside the cookware with sharp tools

    I loved it, it makes amazing food, up to the point that after 3-4 months, the enamel came off in BOTH areas/points INSIDE from the two "handles." NEVER AGAIN NAVA. I don't know if it's made in China or not, Roaster, ONLY glass or inox, and it lasts MANY YEARS.

    I bought it to make lamb with potatoes and generally tastier meals. Very good so far, careful washing without wire, soaking in water. Everything is fine and it cooks very nicely. It also fits comfortably a lamb leg and a little side dish.

    The truth is that I have no experience with casseroles, so I have no point of comparison between a very cheap one like this and an expensive one. Nevertheless, I really like how the food is cooked inside :) It is not heavy and obviously it is not a casserole that will last a lifetime, but for a beginner or someone who doesn't have much to spend, it is ultra affordable :D
