I bought 3, the first one answered the call but the ambient sound was not audible, the second one had sound but it made a buzzing noise like parasites that when they stopped, you had to be half a meter away or speak very loudly to hear the speeches. I got the third one from www.a-store.gr, it worked perfectly, answered the call immediately and the sound was clear and loud
