I bought 2 for 56.60 euros to replace the fans of the NZXT Kraken X63 that were making a terrible noise (max: 2500rpm).
The maximum I managed to reach them is 1350rpm and not 1500 as advertised, however, it is within acceptable error limits. In the photo, it still seems to be ramping up, which is why the price is so low.
The Ryzen 7 3700X idle, with 100% fan speed, is now at 40-44 degrees while before it was 44-47 with the "stock" fans. With a more optimized curve for less noise (1000-1150rpm), there is no noise at all and the idle temperatures remain exactly the same!
A more extensive evaluation will be done when I see the temperatures during gaming use.

Το μέγιστο που κατάφερα να τα φτάσω είναι 1350rpm και όχι 1500 που διαφημίζουν ωστόσο είναι εντός επιτρεπόμενων ορίων λάθους. Στην φωτογραφία φαίνεται ακόμη να ανέβαζε ταχύτητες γιαυτό και τόσο χαμηλή τιμή.
ο Ryzen 7 3700X idle, με 100% fan speed, πλέον βρίσκεται στους 40-44 βαθμούς ενώ πριν ήταν 44-47 με τα "μαμά" fans. Με ένα πιο optimized curve για λιγότερο θόρυβο (1000-1150rpm) δεν ακούγεται καθόλου θόρυβος και οι θερμοκρασίες idle παραμένουν ακριβώς οι ίδιες!
Θα γίνει εκτενέστερη αξιολόγηση όταν δω και τις θερμοκρασίες σε gaming χρήση.

SILENT in Normal mode, while in Full Speed 1500rpm there is a slight noise, not annoying, as much noise as an air conditioner in Auto mode. The system has 4 Noctua fans and at a distance of 1m you can't hear anything. The colored anti-vibration rubber pads are necessary if you place the FAN in the PC case. My system doesn't have a case, it is open air and the 2 fans are mounted on the CPU cooler, while the other 2 are secured with wires and hang. To hear a whisper you have to get closer to half a meter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Very good and high-quality fan and most importantly, silent even at high speeds (the provided anti-vibration pads were also installed perfectly on the fan). By connecting it in PWM mode from the BIOS or from the relevant application in Windows, you can have a stable speed, but it also works perfectly in auto mode synchronized with the CPU temperature. I highly recommend it.

I bought 2 fans to replace faulty Arctic P14-PWM-PST fans.
They were installed in the same position as the Arctic fans, on the front of the Fractal Design Meshify C case behind a dense filter.
The Arctic fans were incredibly quiet up to 1100rpm!
UNFORTUNATELY, the Noctua fans are too noisy to perform at the same CFM behind a filter.
Of course, there is no issue with performance, as you can compensate for potential performance with an increase in PWM, but it will result in noise.
Regarding the silicone pads, they do not absorb vibrations. Their application is only for visual purposes, as the screw itself, which holds the fan, tightens onto the case.
Therefore, vibrations are transferred DIRECT LY!
The only positive thing is that their quality is clearly improved and the warranty provided is very good.
Speaking of warranty, Arctic is sending me replacement for both case fans, not just the one that broke!! As soon as they arrive, with regret in my heart for the almost 70€ I spent, I will install them while the Noctua fans will be put up for sale.
Efficient, yes, quiet in NO case, quality YES.
In my opinion, Noctua is overpriced and slowly falling behind in advancements.

Οι Arctic μεχρι τις 1100rpm ηταν απιστευτα αθορυβοι!
ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ οι Noctua, ειναι πολυ θορυβωδεις για να αποδωσουν στα ιδια CFM πισω απο φιλτρο.
Φυσικα θεμα αποδοσης δεν υπαρχει, καθως την ενδεχομενη αποδοση μπορεις να την καλυψεις με αυξηση του pwm αλλα θα εχεις θορυβο.
Σχετικα με τα pads σιλικονης, δεν απορροφουν κραδασμους. Η εφαρμογη τους αφορα το οπτικο και μονο κομματι, καθως η ιδια η βιδα, που συγκρατει τον ανεμιστηρα, σφιγγει επανω στο κουτι.
Οι κραδασμοι συνεπως μεταφερονται ΚΑ ΝΟ ΝΙ ΚΑ !
Το μοναδικο θετικο, ειναι πως η ποιοτητα τους ειναι σαφως ανεβασμενη και η εγγυηση που παρεχεται πολυ καλη.
Στο θεμα της εγγυησης τωρα, η Arctic μου στελνει προς αντικατασταση και τα 2 case fans, οχι μονο το ενα που χαλασε!! Με το που ερθουν, με λυπη στην καρδια για τα σχεδον 70€ που εδωσα, θα τοποθετησω εκεινα ενω τα Noctua θα βγουν προς πωληση.

I will leave an important comment here which is as follows: Hypothetically, the noise levels SHOULD be the same as the A15 Chromax in terms of static pressure and related airflow. However, in practice, the Chromax A15 fans are far quieter at 1500 RPM, I don't know why, but it has happened to me several times, so I thought it was right to mention it. I have an A15 Chromax fan as an exhaust and two A14 fans as intake in my system, and the difference at 1500 RPM (when needed) is quite noticeable! Obviously, at lower speeds, they are equally quiet. I have tested both fans separately without anything else running in the system.
Θα αφήσω ένα σημαντικό σχόλιο εδώ το οποίο είναι το εξής : Υποθετικά σε επίπεδα θορύβου ΠΡΕΠΕΙ να είναι τα ίδια με Α15 Chromax όσο και σε στατική πίεση παροχή και τα σχετικά. Στην πράξη όμως τα Chromax A15 είναι μακράν πιο αθόρυβα στις 1500 στροφές δεν γνωρίζω το γιατί μου έχει τύχει αρκετές φορές οπότε θεώρησα σωστό να το αναφέρω. Έχω στο σύστημα μου έναν Α15 Cromax πίσω σαν εξαγωγή και δύο Α14 ως εισαγωγή και η διαφορά στις 1500 στροφές (όταν αυτές χρειάζονται) είναι αρκετά αισθητή !. Προφανώς όμως σε χαμηλότερες στροφές είναι εξίσου αθόρυβα. Τους ανεμιστήρες και τους δυο τους έχω δοκιμάσει ξεχωριστά χωρίς να δουλεύει κάτι άλλο στο σύστημα .

Φυσικα θεμα αποδοσης δεν υπαρχει, καθως την ενδεχομενη αποδοση μπορεις να την καλυψεις με αυξηση του pwm αλλα θα εχεις θορυβο.
Σχετικα με τα pads σιλικονης, δεν απορροφουν κραδασμους. Η εφαρμογη τους αφορα το οπτικο και μονο κομματι, καθως η ιδια η βιδα, που συγκρατει τον ανεμιστηρα, σφιγγει επανω στο κουτι.
Οι κραδασμοι συνεπως μεταφερονται ΚΑ ΝΟ ΝΙ ΚΑ !
Το μοναδικο θετικο, ειναι πως η ποιοτητα τους ειναι σαφως ανεβασμενη και η εγγυηση που παρεχεται πολυ καλη.
Στο θεμα της εγγυησης τωρα, η Arctic μου στελνει προς αντικατασταση και τα 2 case fans, οχι μονο το ενα που χαλασε!! Με το που ερθουν, με λυπη στην καρδια για τα σχεδον 70€ που εδωσα, θα τοποθετησω εκεινα ενω τα Noctua θα βγουν προς πωληση.
Αποδοτικα ναι, αθορυβα σε ΚΑΜΙΑ περιπτωση, ποιοτικα ΝΑΙ.
Η Noctua κατα τη γνωμη μου ειναι overpriced και σιγα σιγα, μενει πισω στις εξελιξεις.

Very high-quality and powerful fans, but I think that they become annoying above 850 revolutions per minute. Not that they need to reach those speeds - but since we are in Greece, let's not complain a little?

I will leave an important comment here which is as follows: Hypothetically, the noise levels SHOULD be the same as the A15 Chromax in terms of static pressure and related airflow. However, in practice, the Chromax A15 fans are far quieter at 1500 RPM, I don't know why, but it has happened to me several times, so I thought it was right to mention it. I have an A15 Chromax fan as an exhaust and two A14 fans as intake in my system, and the difference at 1500 RPM (when needed) is quite noticeable! Obviously, at lower speeds, they are equally quiet. I have tested both fans separately without anything else running in the system.
Θα αφήσω ένα σημαντικό σχόλιο εδώ το οποίο είναι το εξής : Υποθετικά σε επίπεδα θορύβου ΠΡΕΠΕΙ να είναι τα ίδια με Α15 Chromax όσο και σε στατική πίεση παροχή και τα σχετικά. Στην πράξη όμως τα Chromax A15 είναι μακράν πιο αθόρυβα στις 1500 στροφές δεν γνωρίζω το γιατί μου έχει τύχει αρκετές φορές οπότε θεώρησα σωστό να το αναφέρω. Έχω στο σύστημα μου έναν Α15 Cromax πίσω σαν εξαγωγή και δύο Α14 ως εισαγωγή και η διαφορά στις 1500 στροφές (όταν αυτές χρειάζονται) είναι αρκετά αισθητή !. Προφανώς όμως σε χαμηλότερες στροφές είναι εξίσου αθόρυβα. Τους ανεμιστήρες και τους δυο τους έχω δοκιμάσει ξεχωριστά χωρίς να δουλεύει κάτι άλλο στο σύστημα .

I bought 2 for 56.60 euros to replace the fans of the NZXT Kraken X63 that were making a terrible noise (max: 2500rpm).
The maximum I managed to reach them is 1350rpm and not 1500 as advertised, however, it is within acceptable error limits. In the photo, it still seems to be ramping up, which is why the price is so low.
The Ryzen 7 3700X idle, with 100% fan speed, is now at 40-44 degrees while before it was 44-47 with the "stock" fans. With a more optimized curve for less noise (1000-1150rpm), there is no noise at all and the idle temperatures remain exactly the same!
A more extensive evaluation will be done when I see the temperatures during gaming use.

Αγόρασα 2 στα 56.60 ευρώ για να αντικαταστήσω τα fans της NZXT Kraken X63 που έκαναν τρομερό θόρυβο (max: 2500rpm)
Το μέγιστο που κατάφερα να τα φτάσω είναι 1350rpm και όχι 1500 που διαφημίζουν ωστόσο είναι εντός επιτρεπόμενων ορίων λάθους. Στην φωτογραφία φαίνεται ακόμη να ανέβαζε ταχύτητες γιαυτό και τόσο χαμηλή τιμή.

Θα γίνει εκτενέστερη αξιολόγηση όταν δω και τις θερμοκρασίες σε gaming χρήση.

SILENT in Normal mode, while in Full Speed 1500rpm there is a slight noise, not annoying, as much noise as an air conditioner in Auto mode. The system has 4 Noctua fans and at a distance of 1m you can't hear anything. The colored anti-vibration rubber pads are necessary if you place the FAN in the PC case. My system doesn't have a case, it is open air and the 2 fans are mounted on the CPU cooler, while the other 2 are secured with wires and hang. To hear a whisper you have to get closer to half a meter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
ΑΘΟΡΥΒΟ στην Normal κατάσταση, ενώ στο Full Speed 1500rpm ακούγεται ένα μικρό φυσημα όχι ενοχλητικό δηλ, όσο θόρυβο κάνειένα aircondition στο Auto. Το συστημα έχει 4 Fan Noctua και στο 1m απόσταση ΔΕΝ ακούγεται τίποτα. Τα χρωματιστά αντικραδασμικά λαστιχάκια είναι απαραίτητα εάν τοποθετήσετε το FAN στο κουτί του ΗΥ. Το δικό μου σύστημα δεν έχει κουτί είναι open air και τα 2 Fan είναι στερεωμένα επάνω στην ωύκτρα της CPU, ενώ τα άλλα 2 τα στερέωσα με συρματάκια και αιωρούνται. Για να ακούσεις θρόϊσμα πρέπει να πλησιάσεις στο μισό μέτρο. ΤΟ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ
Very good and high-quality fan and most importantly, silent even at high speeds (the provided anti-vibration pads were also installed perfectly on the fan). By connecting it in PWM mode from the BIOS or from the relevant application in Windows, you can have a stable speed, but it also works perfectly in auto mode synchronized with the CPU temperature. I highly recommend it.
Πολύ καλός και ποιοτικός ανεμιστήρας και το βασικότερο αθόρυβος ακόμα και σε υψηλές στροφές (τοποθετήθηκαν και τα παρεχόμενα αντικραδασμικά πλστικά (anti-vibration pads) που εφαρμόζουν άψογα στον αναμιστήρα). Με τη σύνδεση σε PWM mode από το BIOS ή από τη σχετική εφαρμογή στα Windows μπορείς να έχεις σταθερή ταχύτητα, αλλά δουλεύει άψογα και σε auto mode συγχρονισμένος με τη θερμοκρασία της CPU. Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

I bought 2 fans to replace faulty Arctic P14-PWM-PST fans.
They were installed in the same position as the Arctic fans, on the front of the Fractal Design Meshify C case behind a dense filter.
The Arctic fans were incredibly quiet up to 1100rpm!
UNFORTUNATELY, the Noctua fans are too noisy to perform at the same CFM behind a filter.
Of course, there is no issue with performance, as you can compensate for potential performance with an increase in PWM, but it will result in noise.
Regarding the silicone pads, they do not absorb vibrations. Their application is only for visual purposes, as the screw itself, which holds the fan, tightens onto the case.
Therefore, vibrations are transferred DIRECT LY!
The only positive thing is that their quality is clearly improved and the warranty provided is very good.
Speaking of warranty, Arctic is sending me replacement for both case fans, not just the one that broke!! As soon as they arrive, with regret in my heart for the almost 70€ I spent, I will install them while the Noctua fans will be put up for sale.
Efficient, yes, quiet in NO case, quality YES.
In my opinion, Noctua is overpriced and slowly falling behind in advancements.
