My main switch also broke, but after ten years! However, there are spare parts, it costs 15€ and it can be repaired very easily, without plumbing knowledge. In the meantime, everything was fine, I didn't have any problems, except that the shower nozzles get limescale very easily, but I think this would happen with all nozzles of this type.
