Dosage

  • 3 sprays per day (or as directed by your doctor).

  • Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to start the liquid flow.
  • Shake well before each use.
  • Spray carefully into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.

It didn't help me at all. Vitamin D3 at the end of December was 28.4nmol. I started using this product in early January. Vitamin D3 in early March was 27.7nmol. After 2 full months of proper and daily use, the D3 level decreased instead of increasing. The price is a bit high, it should have at least done its job. I will not use it again.
