I bought this specific plate on 23-10-21 for use on a gas stove. Having had a very good experience with cast iron cookware (I have a frying pan and another plate), I decided to get one for my country house. When I went to heat it up after about 5 minutes on the fire, I heard a loud noise and the plate cracked. After consulting with the store, I sent it back for their supplier to inspect. The response was negative, they refused to cover it under warranty, saying it was my own fault.

Εδώ να σημειώσω ότι στο BBQ μου έχω μια σιδερένια βάση όπου μπορώ να την τοποθετήσω ώστε να έχει από κάτω τα κάρβουνα. Ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο, πυρώνει γρήγορα, έχει δυο πλευρές μια επίπεδη για μπιφτέκια, λαχανικά ή άλλες παρασκευές και μια ραβδωτή για μπριζόλες ή ψάρια. Καθαρίζει πολύ εύκολα, και έχει αρκετά μεγάλη επιφάνεια ψησίματος. Άξιζε τα χρήματα της.
Perfect for burgers, fish, and Gyro. It's average for meats because it's like frying them a little bit. Don't expect the taste of charcoal... be careful not to heat it abruptly, it will go bad. Overall, very good but for a specific job... I recommend it.
