That means the person has already left the location, and I see where they are after 10 minutes or more. It also freezes and doesn't show where the person is at all. No indication. I constantly refresh it, hoping it will unfreeze, and it unfreezes when it wants to. Maybe after 15 minutes. However, the hours are crucial for the safety of a person with dementia. I still use it because I can't find anything better on the market, meaning another device that shows in real time and accurately where the person with dementia is, AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. If someone finds something good and accurate in terms of location and time, please let me know so I can get it. Its good points are that it is small, user-friendly, can be attached to a strap like a watch, and its battery lasts up to 3 days. You can call it from your mobile phone and the voice is clear, you can also easily make calls from the device itself. It doesn't consume a lot of data. The only problem is that many times it doesn't show where the person is and there is a delay.
