Porcelain Enamel Coating
With a cooking surface of 43x32 centimeters, the Q1200 can easily cook a romantic dinner for two. Its cast iron grate can fit up to 6 burgers or up to 3 medium-sized steaks. The porcelain enamel coating of the grate makes it non-stick, allowing you to grill your delicious fish even more effortlessly.
Build Quality
The frame of the Weber Q1200 is made of fiberglass, while its bowl and lid are made of cast aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity. The cast aluminum contributes to maximum heat retention in the cooking chamber, making grilling more efficient and economical. Its stainless steel burner and high lid allow you to grill steaks and fillets directly, as well as cook larger cuts of meat. At the same time, you can maintain temperature control with the burner control valve.
Easy to Clean
Thanks to the uniform and homogeneous surface of the cast bucket of the Q1200, cleaning it is easy and quick. All you need to do is remove the burnt food residues from your grates and guide them from the bucket to the grease collection tray. Access to the grease collection tray, located just below the bucket, is achieved with a single motion from the side of the grill.
Foldable Side Surfaces
Use the side surfaces to hold small plates or to place the tools you need during grilling. They fold with one motion so you can reduce the size of the grill and store it more easily.
Built-in Thermometer & Electronic Ignition System
