    If you have a Weber Mastertouch, it is an amazing tool.
    It is large, if I remember correctly, with a diameter of 30cm.
    You can make burgers until you prepare breakfast.
    I have really enjoyed it

Apart from Mexican food, I have made gyros from finely chopped fish liver with marinade, finely chopped vegetables with spicy sauce, some seafood like small shrimps and crispy baby potatoes with herbs, etc. Everything turned out very tasty!
