I have had it for 5 years and I noticed that the battery drains very often after 10 days of inactivity (minimal use). I removed and charged the battery, which is 2 years old, and still the same...

Very good and high-quality alarm. It was installed in a Toyota Aygo along with an ultrasonic sensor (https://directed.gr/product/directed-508d-%CF%80%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%B9%CE%BC%CE%B5%CF%84%CF%81%CE%B9%CE%BA%CF%8C%CF%82-%CE%B1%CE%B9%CF%83%CE%B8%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%AE%CF%81%CE%B1%CF%82-%CE%B4%CE%B9%CF%80%CE%BB%CE%AE%CF%82-%CE%B6%CF%8E/), which was placed in a central point of the car's interior. In order to install it correctly, the technician told me that he bypassed the central locking system. As correctly mentioned, it requires a button to unlock the doors, as when you open the switch, they automatically lock, but you can deactivate it through the controls. It has a good anti-shock feature, warning first with three loud sounds. It is worth buying, but proper installation is required.

Flawless alarm from a big company that also produces Clifford and Python, but I have one objection because they claim it is a 6-tone siren and it only has one sound!!!

The alarm was installed in my Fiat Coupe 1999 by myself without any difficulties, it has been working perfectly for a few weeks now. Someone mentioned above the automatic locking when you open the switch, which made me think about buying the alarm, but after reading the installation guide, I found clear instructions on how to deactivate it within 1 minute. I consider it a bit silly to have this setting enabled by default, but at least it can be easily deactivated.

4 days since the alarm was installed in my 2000 Honda Civic ej9 and I can report the following:
So far (although the time period is very short), the alarm works perfectly. The car locks/unlocks flawlessly, the interior light turns on when unlocking (which the car did not support before), it automatically locks when you put it in drive and unlocks when you turn it off.
In my opinion, it needs an on/off button on the dashboard for unlocking when the passenger needs to get out (like the new technology cars have), so that you don't have to unlock it from the key fob.
It is definitely a reputable alarm and not a Chinese one (I had a bad experience with the latter as it would go off on its own, lock/unlock randomly, until it stopped working after about a year). I would highly recommend it.
Important to note that it can be customized with additional functions if desired.
I will come back later with another post, once some time has passed and I can make more secure conclusions.

Very good simple alarm.... Without the extras of gps tracker, two-way operation, engine start, etc. I would definitely buy it again.
