Very good product. Its rubber is very durable and you can do many exercises. I would prefer it to be shorter in length, but because it is very flexible, I tied a knot in one (I still don't use all three) and it shortened satisfactorily, allowing me to do my exercises without any problem.

The spring is hard as it says. However, the combination with the 3 small springs helps to create any exercise one wants, and the resistance softens and helps with integrated movements during the exercise, while with a single spring I encountered limitations in springs and couldn't fully complete the exercises (the 3 springs have a wider range with hard resistance). I use them mainly for arm exercises, as the cushions that come with them serve as handles to tie the bands to the feet. And I appreciate the variety of exercises that can be done with the bands, almost everything I needed for exercises outside the gym is included in this set.
