4 stars only because of the price. However, I have been using it for almost 2 months now, using it 4 times a week for squats and lunges, and it helps a lot. However, it is quite heavy. I am 185 cm tall and when I bought it, I weighed 96 kg (26%-28% body fat). Now that the exercises have become more of a routine and my muscles have gotten used to it, while also losing weight, I think it is quite comfortable. I have no complaints about the quality.

2+ years after the purchase. In terms of quality, it has held up quite well considering that I have left it out in the sun for a while. If I remember correctly, I bought it for around 40 euros, but I'm not sure anymore, now it costs 25. If someone wants to start strength training and can't do pull-ups, they should get it, it helps a lot.
4 αστερια μονο λογω τιμης. Καταταλλα, το εχω 2 μηνες σχεδον, και με χρηση 4 φορες την εβδομαδα σε μονοζυγο και κρικους βοηθαει παρα πολυ. Ωστοσο ειναι για αρκετο βαρος. Εγω ειμαι 185 υψος και οταν το πηρα ζυγιζα 96 κιλα(26%-28% λιπος). Πλεον που οι ασκησεις γινονται περισσοτερο "ρουτινα" και οι μυς εχουν συνηθισει περισσοτερο, χανοντας παραλληλα και κιλα, νομιζω οτι ειναι αρκετα μαλακο. Ποιοτικα δεν εχω παραπονο.

2+ χρονια μετα την αγορα. Ποιοτικα εχει βγει αρκετα καλο δεδομενου του οτι το εχω αφησει και στον ηλιο για καιρο. Αν θυμαμαι καλα το ειχα αγορασει γυρω στα 40 ευρω αλλα δεν ειμαι και σιγουρος, πλεον κοστιζει 25. Αν θελει καποιος να ξεκινησει καλλισθενικη και δεν μπορει να κανει ελξεις ας το τσιμπισει, βοηθαει πολυ.
