Perfect, very useful definitely does not replace the big vacuum cleaner but I think it is necessary for anyone who has children at home and in the workshop for wood shavings it is very good also one of the positive aspects of the model is that it does not need bags.

I bought it for my best man. Very satisfied. Firstly, it is very high quality. Soft plastic and rubber handles. Very powerful. It is not like an electric vacuum cleaner, but it picks up everything that is on the floor. The extension is very convenient because you can use it for quick cleaning of large surfaces at any time (instead of the electric one). Lightweight. The only weight you feel is the battery. Duration: With a five, I don't think it will ever need to be charged :))). Origin: Made in Romania.
Pay attention to the models that are available, don't get confused:
DCL180: It does not have an ON/OFF button. It operates with a trigger that you have to hold down to work. The bin opens completely to empty it.
DCL181: With an ON/OFF button and two speeds. The bin opens completely to empty it.
DCL182: With an ON/OFF button and two speeds. It empties by opening a lid and inside it has a bag (reusable cloth or disposable paper) like the electric ones.
All other features are the same.

We received it today, the first impression is that it looks high-quality. Of course, it is sold without a charger and battery. The battery costs around 65 to 85 euros, depending on when you buy it. The charger is around 50 euros, and the handheld vacuum is around 65 euros if you're not in a hurry. But if you want it ready for immediate delivery, calculate 75 euros with shipping included. The brand Makita guarantees quality, although I don't know how well the vacuum performs compared to a flat decker I had before. It seems lighter and the suction is definitely better. However, the previous one was not durable as the motor broke within three months. I will provide more details after using it for several days. The battery lasts quite long, as I used it on the stairs for over half an hour and it only used one out of the four bars of battery life. The LED light that focuses on the cleaning area is much better than the cheaper one that costs around 40 euros. It must have a better motor and longer battery life. The cheaper one had its flaws and now it costs around 55 euros, so it's not worth it. It's better to get this one, which is definitely a superior model. If you choose the option for longer-lasting filters, it only offers the one with 60 euros, not the others. The batteries are obviously more expensive. I will see how satisfied I am with it after a week of use. So far, the battery is still at two bars, but it's summer and I'm using it on tiles, which I clean quickly. I don't know how well it will perform in winter when there is more dirt. One thing that impresses me the most is how fast the battery charger charges the battery. In just 45 minutes, it reaches 100%. If you run out of battery and charge it for 15 minutes, it reaches 50%. This is perfect for summer when there is less dirt. I hardly use the large vacuum at all, as this one covers all my needs. I will see how it performs in winter when there is more dirt. There is one issue with the foot, it doesn't help much. I don't know about the other models of Makita, but this one doesn't have a bag, it has a dustbin and there is a cloth filter inside the motor to prevent debris from passing through. You empty the dustbin as often as possible and shake the filter or wash it after some time. There is also a smaller round filter inside the motor, but you don't need to remove it. The dustbin is easy to detach by rotating it 1/4 of a turn and emptying it
