    It lasted about six months. Today the spring broke. This is the second one that has broken in about 6 months. I had it set just before 40 kg and I was doing 400 to 500 repetitions a day. With all the repetitions, my fingers were hurting, so I put in a stopper, as you can see in the photo. It should have had built-in sponges.

    I had it for only 25 days and the spring broke.. maybe it's because I did 100 repetitions of 20 sets at 40 kg resistance
