I am writing my experience 10 months after acquiring it. Let's start with the positives: it indeed has very good, powerful, and "clean" light. But unfortunately, the positives end here...
There are no assembly instructions, and when you open it, you can't believe that there isn't even a simple piece of paper with instructions. Luckily, I grew up in a store with household items and lighting, so I understood what to do...
The wires that hold it also have safety locks on the top, so when you try to balance and level it at the end, you keep pulling the wires upwards and the light fixture ends up getting stuck to the ceiling and you can't bring it down if you want to.
And now onto the worst part. At 8 months, it made a bang and burned out. Obviously, it doesn't turn on. It is supposed to have a lifespan of about 8-10 years for the LEDs. I took it to the store where I bought it, and the people there were very polite and sent it back for repair. As soon as I got it back, after 20 days, a small LED burned out, resulting in a dark area forming underneath like a small coin. This gradually grew, and within a month, it became the size of half a palm. I took it back again, they sent it back to the factory, and I received it 5 days ago. Okay, it was fixed, but the light is not the same, the bottom now has an imperceptible shadow, and also, they sent it back to me from the factory with the wires disconnected as if it had been gutted. Now I don't know how long it will last...
So ultimately, NO, I would never buy it again.
To spend €40 on something that doesn't turn on and that you have to throw away when it burns out? Ridiculous...
I only gave it two stars solely for the light it emits...
Γράφω την εμπειρία μου 10 μήνες μετά την απόκτησή του. Ξεκινάμε από τα θετικά: όντως έχει πολύ καλό, δυνατό και "καθαρό" φως. Αλλά δυστυχώς τα θετικά σταματούν εδώ...
Καμία οδηγία συναρμολόγησης και όταν το ανοίγεις δεν το πιστεύεις ότι δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένα απλό χαρτί με οδηγίες. Ευτυχώς που μεγάλωσα σε μαγαζί με είδη σπιτιού και φωτιστικά και κατάλαβα τι να κάνω...
Τα σύρματα επίσης που το συγκρατούν έχουν ασφάλειες στο πάνω μέρος οπότε για να το ζυγίσεις και να το αλφαδιάσεις στο τέλος όλο και τραβάς τα σύρματα προς τα πάνω και το φωτιστικό πάει να κολλήσει στο ταβάνι και δεν μπορείς να το κατεβάσεις αν θες.
Και πάμε στα χειρότερα. Στους 8 μήνες έκανε ένα μπαμ και κάηκε. Εννοείται ότι ΔΕΝ ανοίγει. Υποτίθεται απλά ότι τα LED έχουν διάρκεια ζωής περίπου 8-10 χρόνια. Το πήγα στο μαγαζί που το αγόρασα και οι άνθρωποι ευγενέστατοι το έστειλαν πίσω για επισκευή. Μόλις το πήρα πίσω, μετά από 20 μέρες κάηκε κάποιο μικρό LED με αποτέλεσμα να σχηματιστεί από κάτω μια σκοτεινή περιοχή σαν μικρό κέρμα. Αυτό σιγά - σιγά μεγάλωνε και σε ένα μήνα έγινε σαν μισή παλάμη. Το ξαναπήγα πίσω, το έστειλαν ξανά στο εργοστάσιο και το παρέλαβα πριν 5 μέρες. Ο.Κ. φτιάχτηκε αλλά δεν είναι ίδιο το φως, η όψη του από κάτω πλέον έχει μια αδιόρατη σκιά και επίσης από το εργοστάσιο μου το έστειλαν πίσω με τα καλώδια βγαλμένα σαν ξεκοιλιασμένο. Τώρα πόσο θα κρατήσει δεν ξέρω,,,,
Άρα τελικά ΟΧΙ, δεν θα το έπαιρνα ξανά ποτέ.
Να δίνεις 40 € για κάτι που ΔΕΝ ανοίγει και που όταν καεί το πετάς;;; Έλεος...
Τα δύο αστέρια τα έβαλα μόνο και μόνο για το φως που βγάζει...
