Very soft rubber, wrinkles very easily.
I also got a spool so it wouldn't break.
    Completely useless.
    Stay away.

Very durable, but I give it 4 stars because unlike what it claims its sill twists like other garden hoses.

Folds very easily. There is no reason to purchase it as there are other rubber bands of the same quality available at a cheaper price.
