    As someone else mentioned, the rope is extremely light and cannot rotate, it is almost impossible for someone to perform the exercise.
    The handles and the connection of the handles to the rope are very nice but unfortunately the above applies.
    Perhaps the rope has some other use or type of execution that I personally am not aware of.
