The second volume of the Series: "Interpretation of the Old Testament" has been published by the Apostolic Ministry of the Church of Greece. This volume contains the second book of the Old Testament, "Exodus", with translation, analysis, and commentaries by the Very Reverend Archimandrite Mr. Ieremias Fountas, Professor at the Theological School of the University of Athens.
This volume, like the first, is divided into two parts: the A' Part (for the layperson) contains text - translation - analysis and the B' Part (for theologians) contains the scientific, interpretive commentary.
In the first part, a brief introduction about the Book of "Exodus" precedes the text and the translation, discussing its name, its author, its content, and the position of the Book in the Christian Church.
In the second part, before the scientific, interpretive commentary, there is an extensive introduction and a presentation of the bibliography of the work.
