I sent it to the service center, paid 45 euros, and on the second use, the same thing happened again. I opened it myself and discovered that they had placed a piece of hose as a wedge to press the solenoid valve so that it would "read" the magnetic float of the water tank. 45 euros for... nothing. In the end, with my own DIY solution, I got it to work because a new solenoid valve costs as much as a three-story apartment building. Disappointment regarding repair costs!! When the machine works, it literally kills!! Very powerful, never loses steam, and it's a pleasure to use. Three stars due to poor reliability and price!!
Το μηχάνημα σχεδόν αμέσως παρουσίασε πρόβλημα.Ενω έχει νερό βγάζει μήνυμα πλήρωσης νερού.Το έστειλα αντιπροσωπεία,πλήρωσα 45 ευρώ και στην δεύτερη εφαρμογή ξανά τα ίδια.Το άνοιξα μόνος μου και ανακάλυψα πως είχαν τοποθετήσει ένα κομμάτι λάστιχο για σφήνα ώστε να πιέζει την ηλεκτρομαγνητική βαλβίδα για να "διαβάζει" το μαγνητικό φλοτερ του δοχείου νερου.45 ευρώ για.....το τίποτα.Τελικα με δική μου πατέντα το έκανα να δουλεύει διότι μια καινούργια ηλεκτρομαγνητική βαλβίδα κοστίζει όσο μια 3 τριόροφη πολυκατοικία.Απογοητευση όσον αφορά τα κόστη επισκευής!!Όταν το μηχανή δουλεύει κυριολεκτικά σκοτώνει!!Πολύ δυνατό δεν κόβει από ατμό ποτέ και χαίρεσαι να δουλεύεις.Τρια αστέρια λόγω κακής αξιοπιστίας και τιμής!!

We are talking about a 46 sq.m. house.
Taking all this into consideration, and without enough extra accessories and replacements (a separate attachment is sold for fabric surfaces), the price is clearly overrated.

Στα αρνητικά αφήνει στάμπες (για τον λόγω αυτό πήραμε έξτρα πανάκια για να τα αλλάζουμε πριν βρομίσουν) σε γυάλινες επιφάνειες και πάτωμα (μάρμαρο). Δεν είναι σίγουρα εύχρηστο για καθημερινή χρήση και χρειάζεται χώρο για αποθήκευση επίσης δεν μαζεύεται το καλώδιο και πρέπει να το στριμώξεις σε μια μικρή θήκη. Καθαρίζει πάρα πολύ δύσκολα παλιά λίπη και πρέπει να επιμείνεις για ώρα.
Συνεπώς για ένα καλό καθάρισμα θέλεις το λιγότερο 2ο γέμισμα και εν τέλη δεν μπορεί να αντικαταστήσει κάποια καθαριστικά εξαρτήματα (όπως σφουγγαρίστρα ή καθαριστικό τζαμιών κλπ.), μιλάμε για 46τ.μ. σπίτι.
Λαμβάνοντας όλα αυτά υπόψιν και χωρίς αρκετά έξτρα εξαρτήματα και ανταλλακτικά (πωλείται ξεχωριστά εξάρτημα για τις υφασμάτινες επιφάνειες) η τιμή είναι ξεκάθαρα υπερεκτιμημένη.

I bought the sc5 and cleaned all the corners of the house (140sqm) with just one pass. The hot water function is amazing as it removes stains even without touching them. It is very convenient that it has spray pressure options so you can even clean wooden surfaces by adjusting it carefully. It is better for grease, for example, to put a cloth in front of the extractor hood because the hot cloth will immediately remove the grease without any effort. The extension is also a plus because it is not only for the floor but also for the walls or ceiling. Here I have to mention that I avoided painting the house! The filling container is important because even while it is in operation, you can fill it without having to open the boiler. The cable is long enough for a house, but I don't know about larger spaces. The brush is durable compared to other brands, but it is still consumable. So far, the only negative is the equipment provided in the package. It should have included the window cleaner, for example. The accessories are very expensive. Always wear protective glasses, hot droplets can fly. I hope I helped. Only time will tell its lifespan.

Ειναι πολυ βολικο το οτι εχει επιλογες πιεσης ψεκασμου και ετσι μπορεις να κανεις ακομη ξυλινες επιφάνειες ρυθμίζοντας το , με προσοχη .
Ειναι καλυτερα σε λιπη πχ απορροφητηρα να βαλετε ενα κουρελι εμπρος διοτι το καυτο πανι θα αφαιρεσει αμεσως τα κομματια λιπους χωρις κοπο .
Η επεκταση ειναι ακομη ενα ατου αφου δεν ειναι μονο για πατωμα αλλα για τοιχο ή οροφή .Εδω να πω οτι απεφυγα το βαψιμο του σπιτιου !!
Το δοχειο γεμισματος ειναι σημαντικό αφου ακομη και εν λειτουργια γεμιζεις χωρις να χρειαστεί να ανοίξεις το μποιλερ .
Το καλωδιο είναι αρκετά μακρύ για κατοικία , για μεγαλύτερους χώρους δε γνωρίζω .
Το βουρτσακι ειναι ανθεκτικο σε σχεση με αλλες εταιριες αλλα και παλι ειναι αναλωσιμο .
Εως τωρα το μονο αρνητικο ειναι ο εξοπλισμος που δινει το πακετο . Επρεπε να εχει το καθαριστή τζαμιων πχ . Τα αξεσουαρ ειναι ακριβα πολυ .
Να φοράτε παντα γυαλιά προστασίας , πετάγονται καυτές σταγόνες

βρήκα καινούργιο δοχείο νερού σε μισή τιμή, έκανα μια αφαλατωση και το μηχάνημα δούλεψε.

μετά την χρήση αδειάζετε πάντα το πλαστικό δοχείο και το μπόιλερ αφού πρώτα κρυώσει...
η βαλβίδα για το μπόιλερ έχει το σχήμα και τις διαστάσεις για να το ανοίγεις με το άκρο του κονταριού.
αν δεν βγάλει πρόβλημα ή η επισκευή του έχει λογικό κόστος τότε αξίζει για 4-5 αστέρια.

Το μηχάνημα σχεδόν αμέσως παρουσίασε πρόβλημα.Ενω έχει νερό βγάζει μήνυμα πλήρωσης νερού.Το έστειλα αντιπροσωπεία,πλήρωσα 45 ευρώ και στην δεύτερη εφαρμογή ξανά τα ίδια.Το άνοιξα μόνος μου και ανακάλυψα πως είχαν τοποθετήσει ένα κομμάτι λάστιχο για σφήνα ώστε να πιέζει την ηλεκτρομαγνητική βαλβίδα για να "διαβάζει" το μαγνητικό φλοτερ του δοχείου νερου.45 ευρώ για.....το τίποτα.Τελικα με δική μου πατέντα το έκανα να δουλεύει διότι μια καινούργια ηλεκτρομαγνητική βαλβίδα κοστίζει όσο μια 3 τριόροφη πολυκατοικία.Απογοητευση όσον αφορά τα κόστη επισκευής!!Όταν το μηχανή δουλεύει κυριολεκτικά σκοτώνει!!Πολύ δυνατό δεν κόβει από ατμό ποτέ και χαίρεσαι να δουλεύεις.Τρια αστέρια λόγω κακής αξιοπιστίας και τιμής!!

Taking all this into consideration, and without enough extra accessories and replacements (a separate attachment is sold for fabric surfaces), the price is clearly overrated.

Ξεκινώντας με τα θετικά καθαρίζει εύκολα επιφάνειες που χρησιμοποιούμε καθημερινά επίσης λόγω υψηλής θερμοκρασίας του ατμού λογικά αποστειρώνει και κάποιες επιφάνειες δείχνουν πιο καθαρές όπως και είναι αποτελεσματικό σε σχέση με εξαρτήματα καθαρισμού (πχ. βούρτσες κλπ).
Στα αρνητικά αφήνει στάμπες (για τον λόγω αυτό πήραμε έξτρα πανάκια για να τα αλλάζουμε πριν βρομίσουν) σε γυάλινες επιφάνειες και πάτωμα (μάρμαρο). Δεν είναι σίγουρα εύχρηστο για καθημερινή χρήση και χρειάζεται χώρο για αποθήκευση επίσης δεν μαζεύεται το καλώδιο και πρέπει να το στριμώξεις σε μια μικρή θήκη. Καθαρίζει πάρα πολύ δύσκολα παλιά λίπη και πρέπει να επιμείνεις για ώρα.
Συνεπώς για ένα καλό καθάρισμα θέλεις το λιγότερο 2ο γέμισμα και εν τέλη δεν μπορεί να αντικαταστήσει κάποια καθαριστικά εξαρτήματα (όπως σφουγγαρίστρα ή καθαριστικό τζαμιών κλπ.), μιλάμε για 46τ.μ. σπίτι.
Λαμβάνοντας όλα αυτά υπόψιν και χωρίς αρκετά έξτρα εξαρτήματα και ανταλλακτικά (πωλείται ξεχωριστά εξάρτημα για τις υφασμάτινες επιφάνειες) η τιμή είναι ξεκάθαρα υπερεκτιμημένη.

Αγορασα το sc5 και καθαρισα ολους τους αρμους του σπιτιου (140τμ)με ενα περασμα . Η λειτουργια καυτο νερο ειναι θαυματουργη αφου ξεκολαει λεκεδες ακομη και ανεπαφα .
Ειναι πολυ βολικο το οτι εχει επιλογες πιεσης ψεκασμου και ετσι μπορεις να κανεις ακομη ξυλινες επιφάνειες ρυθμίζοντας το , με προσοχη .
Ειναι καλυτερα σε λιπη πχ απορροφητηρα να βαλετε ενα κουρελι εμπρος διοτι το καυτο πανι θα αφαιρεσει αμεσως τα κομματια λιπους χωρις κοπο .
Η επεκταση ειναι ακομη ενα ατου αφου δεν ειναι μονο για πατωμα αλλα για τοιχο ή οροφή .Εδω να πω οτι απεφυγα το βαψιμο του σπιτιου !!
Το δοχειο γεμισματος ειναι σημαντικό αφου ακομη και εν λειτουργια γεμιζεις χωρις να χρειαστεί να ανοίξεις το μποιλερ .
Το καλωδιο είναι αρκετά μακρύ για κατοικία , για μεγαλύτερους χώρους δε γνωρίζω .
Το βουρτσακι ειναι ανθεκτικο σε σχεση με αλλες εταιριες αλλα και παλι ειναι αναλωσιμο .
Εως τωρα το μονο αρνητικο ειναι ο εξοπλισμος που δινει το πακετο . Επρεπε να εχει το καθαριστή τζαμιων πχ . Τα αξεσουαρ ειναι ακριβα πολυ .
Να φοράτε παντα γυαλιά προστασίας , πετάγονται καυτές σταγόνες

βρήκα καινούργιο δοχείο νερού σε μισή τιμή, έκανα μια αφαλατωση και το μηχάνημα δούλεψε.

μετά την χρήση αδειάζετε πάντα το πλαστικό δοχείο και το μπόιλερ αφού πρώτα κρυώσει...
η βαλβίδα για το μπόιλερ έχει το σχήμα και τις διαστάσεις για να το ανοίγεις με το άκρο του κονταριού.
αν δεν βγάλει πρόβλημα ή η επισκευή του έχει λογικό κόστος τότε αξίζει για 4-5 αστέρια.

Καθαρίζει πολύ καλά καναπέδες, στρώμα κτλ. Πολύ καλή η χρήση του και στο αυτοκίνητο που πλέον το πλενω χωρίς νερό μέσα έξω. Για συστηματική χρήση χρειάζεσαι παραπάνω πανακια γιατί αλλιώς πρέπει να τα πλένεις συνέχεια.

The machine almost immediately developed a problem. Even though it has water, it displays a message to fill with water. I sent it to the service center, paid 45 euros, and on the second use, the same thing happened again. I opened it myself and discovered that they had placed a piece of hose as a wedge to press the solenoid valve so that it would "read" the magnetic float of the water tank. 45 euros for... nothing.
