The welding machine as a tool is suitable for moderate amateur use, yes it will stick with a 2.5 common electrode, but if you need something more it will let you down. In my case, what I want to emphasize is the unacceptable behavior of the service. After a year of moderate use, I burned only 4-5 kilograms of electrodes, and these were over time. The welding machine stopped working. I sent it to NikolaouTools, who are the representatives of Bormann in Greece, and they refused to repair it under warranty (they claim that the capacitors were damaged by external factors, such as the electricity from the power company, etc.). With a quick search on Google, I found out that this is a common practice of this specific representation, and personally, I have already filed a complaint with the consumer advocate. The most disappointing thing of all was that I sent a notification to Bormann, but they did not bother to respond. Personally, I will not buy another Bormann tool... after the intervention of the consumer advocate, they sent me a new one.
Η ηλεκτροκολλησή σαν εργαλείο είναι για μέτρια ερασιτεχνική χρήση, ναι θα κολλήσει με 2,5 κοινό ηλεκτρόδιο άλλα εάν χρειαστείς κάτι παραπάνω θα σε κρεμάσει. Στην δική μου περίπτωση αυτό που θέλω να τονίσω είναι η απαράδεχτη συμπεριφορά του σέρβις, μετά από ένα χρόνο μέτριας χρήσης το πολύ να έκαψα 4-5 κιλά ηλεκτρόδια και αυτά σε βάθος χρόνου, η ηλεκτροκόλληση σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί. Το έστειλα στην NikolaouTools που είναι οι αντιπρόσωποι της Bormann στην Ελλάδα και μου αρνήθηκαν να την επισκευάσουν εντός εγγύησης (οι πυκνωτές λένε ότι χάλασαν από εξωγενείς παράγοντες, από το ρεύμα της ΔΕΗ κτλ….). Με μια μικρή αναζήτηση στο google διαπίστωσα ότι είναι πάγια τακτική της συγκεκριμένης αντιπροσωπίας και προσωπικά έχω ήδη καταθέσει αίτηση στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή. Το πιο απογοητευτικό από όλα ήταν το ότι έστειλα ενημέρωση στην Bormann αλλά δεν καταδέχτηκαν να μου απαντήσουν. Προσωπικά δεν πρόκειται να ξαναγοράσω εργαλείο της Bormann…. μετά την επέμβαση του συνηγόρου του καταναλωτή μου έστειλαν καινούργια.
