Unfortunately, I think I got a defective one.
On the positive side, it is worth mentioning that it doesn't look fake at all, but it is made of relatively good quality material. The instructions are well-written and it is very lightweight in hand, while its construction allows for a good grip. In the 5 minutes that I managed to use it, it seemed to require a lot of practice, even though I would generally say that I have a good hand for drawing.
As for the negatives, it appears that mine was unfortunately faulty. It stayed plugged in and in the pre-heating state for 35 minutes, which made me think that something was wrong with the product. When the green LED finally turned on, everything was going relatively well for 5 minutes.
Suddenly, the mechanism stopped pulling the PLA and all the melted plastic stopped coming out of the pen tip. This resulted in the front part getting clogged with plastic. I immediately pressed the PLA exit button on the device, but when I tried to insert another cartridge, the mechanism refused to work and pull the plastic again.
Unfortunately, my experience with this particular product was very negative. However, it is not the fault of the company from which I purchased it, as during a phone call with them, they informed me that what I described indicates a faulty mechanism.
