The most useless thing I found to spend money on! Don't buy it. It never swept as it should... it doesn't clean... it's not flexible... it's not user-friendly.

Poor quality, the filters need to be washed after 2-3 uses, otherwise it doesn't suck in properly. Additionally, the bottom lid broke after 2 years, even though it was purchased for 150 euros.

2 years after use, I have to say that it is the most mediocre vacuum cleaner I have encountered. I remember when I first opened it, it was very powerful, but a week later its power dropped, meaning it couldn't absorb strongly. Well, two years later, it never regained its initial power. Whatever I tried, it didn't work. I even cleaned its hose. It gets clogged very quickly and absorbs very little there. Which means that for an 80 sqm house, I have to stop and empty the bin 3 times... That's it.

The plastic flexible tube is of very low quality, the plastic polymerized and after 6 months there were cracks, now it is cutting into slices.

First of all, it is so powerful that it gets stuck everywhere - carpet, floor, mat - it is impossible to detach it.
Therefore, it is impossible to clean. If you decide to try to clean carpets, of course, you don't need to go to the gym. You can easily exercise your back and triceps, as it is impossible for the vacuum to move on a carpet. It just sticks and you futilely try to detach it. All this because it doesn't have an intensity regulator. The attachments, although numerous, do not securely attach to each other. Many times, the foot has remained under the bed while we were "vacuuming".
I have cursed the hour and moment I bought it.
I recommend it if you have endless patience and want to test your endurance.

From the very first use, it stopped working suddenly after 5 minutes and since then (February 22) I have been struggling with the service, which not only does not replace the product for me and does not even offer a refund (because in the meantime I bought another vacuum cleaner), but also asks me for an additional 25 euros for replacement filters. After just one use!!! Stay away from this model and in general from candy/hoover, their service is unacceptable...

At first, it sucked loudly and I was impressed... but after months of cleaning and washing it thoroughly, nothing... for how long now I have ended up vacuuming without the handle and attachments hoping it will suck something... 90€ wasted with less than a year of use...

After a very short period of time, it loses its absorbency. At first, I was excited but with 3 pets in the house, I would not recommend it after all. The pet brush is quite good, but the whole construction seems very sensitive to plastics. I have had it for a year and something and I am already looking for a new broom (and I am very late). In its classic brush, I can no longer open and close it, it doesn't work on carpets. It barely collects the hair from the floor anymore, and even that with difficulty. Not to mention smaller pieces like sand that the cat may have brought from its litter box, not even in my wildest dreams. If you have pets, I would definitely suggest looking for something with more power.

Strong absorption, flexible, very good attachment for pet hair (and I don't have just one pet...). When the bin is full, its performance decreases. Before I realized it, I got worried, but I consider it a smart sign that it needs emptying. Like everything else, it needs care: emptying the bin every 2-3 times, cleaning the filters. Besides, if someone chooses a bagless vacuum cleaner, they need to maintain it free of bacteria.
The attachments do not lock onto the handle, but you get used to not being nervous when vacuuming. Also, I would prefer there to be a slot for upright storage.
For its cost, it's great!

I read the comments that it is very powerful and because I have a dog I considered it ideal. Although I never saw its power, from the first uses it dramatically lost its efficiency, while emptying the bin. Because I had kept the old one (fortunately) I did not worry about sending it back, I thought I did something wrong. Eventually, after months we sent it to the dealership and they told us that the filter needs to be changed due to heavy use (completely absurd) and they also want 16.5€ for the replacement... In order not to buy bags, i.e., to run every 2 months with the vacuum cleaner in my hand for the specialists to clean the filter... For me, a non-functional solution.

At the moment I am writing, I have had the vacuum cleaner for about 5 months, no problem has appeared so far and I am very satisfied. At the same time, due to my dog that sheds a lot, I make regular use of the vacuum cleaner. It is quite lightweight and flexible enough between furniture, but it tends to get stuck relatively easily in corners (e.g. bed corners). Strong suction power and the dust bin has a satisfactory size, of course it needs to be emptied after each use. The connections of the attachments with the hose are wedge-shaped and do not secure properly, so there is a possibility that they may "come loose" if the hose gets stuck under a piece of furniture and you pull it abruptly. The length of the cable is sufficient for the average apartment. The noise it produces is normal for an electric vacuum cleaner. The filter it has is good and prevents the emission of dust back into the space, it can also be washed.

The only downside is that the pet attachment, although very effective, requires frequent cleaning which is not easy to do!

Very good in its category. Great suction power even on carpets. It provides deep cleaning but due to its high suction, it tends to stick to the carpet. It could have a slightly longer handle. It's worth its money.

My previous vacuum cleaner was 10 years old with a cloth bag, no matter how much I tried to wash it, it smelled excessively during cleaning. But with the Hoover, the odors are gone. The vacuum cleaner is very powerful! Especially on carpets, it cleans as if I had washed them! The only negative is that the general attachment-nozzle has a strange anatomy to overcome the incredible suction power. If you learn how to use it, it does an amazing job! As for the intensity adjustment, no vacuum cleaner has a plastic bin! Because that's how the cyclonic function works! Value for money!

The construction quality is mediocre to poor. Very plastic (fragile). The absorbency is very mediocre, it doesn't have the power to lift a carpet (as some claim). There is no way to adjust the intensity. It has quite a few components. I can't say it's a good purchase. I wouldn't even characterize it as mediocre, rather bad.
