Οι διάσταση 24cm όπως και συνήθως με τις κατσαρόλες αναφέρεται στο άνοιγμα μαλλον, γιατι ο πάτος της κάθεται άνετα μέσα στο μεσαίο μάτι της κουζίνας, που εμένα είναι ~21-22cm. Δουλεύει μια χαρά στην επαγωγική εστία.
Εχουν δικιο οι άλλοι που λένε οτι δεν εχει τρύπες για αερα το καπάκι, περα απο κάτι μικρες εγκοπές στο πλάι. Κανένα θέμα φυσικά, βάζεις το καπάκι λίγο στραβά και φεύγουν οι υδρατμοί. Επιπλέον η περίμετρος απο το καπάκι είναι απο ένα υλικό τύπου καουτσούκ που δίνει πιο στεγανό κλείσιμο, που για μένα είναι μεγάλο μπόνους.

Επίσης και πολυ σημαντικό, αν θες να μαγειρεύεις χωρίς καπακι πέφτει ο βρασμός του νερού-φαγητου αμέσως, πρέπει να έχεις μισοκλειστο το καπάκι(πχ αν βράζεις μακαρόνια μολις ανοίξεις το καπάκι να τα ανακατέψεις ο βρασμός πέφτει στο μηδέν, πρέπει να το έχεις σχεδόν κλειστό για να δημιουργούνται συνθήκες τύπου χύτρας δλδ να ανεβάζει λίγη πίεση για να βραζει το νερό, αλλά αν ξεχαστεις θα φουσκωσει το νερό στο μακαρονι και θα χυθεί απέξω γιαυτο πρέπει να το έχεις ανοιχτό 1 ποντο το καπάκι και για να βραζει και για να μη χύνεται απέξω ο αφρός. αν το ηξερα εξ αρχής θα αγόραζα κάποια άλλη ίσως με περισσότερα χρήματα οκ)

Μόλις την παρέλαβα, σε αντικατάσταση μιας 24άρας AMC 45 ετών. Μόνο που αυτή εδώ δεν είναι 24 εκ. στον πάτο, άλλα 22. Δεν κάνει για το μεγάλο μάτι, κάνει για το μεσαίο. Η περιγραφή λέει 24 εκ. Μάλλον εννοούνε τα επάνω άνοιγμα που μου είναι αδιάφορο, θέλω να γνωρίζω τη διάμετρο του πάτου, να ξέρω σε πιο μάτι ταιριάζουν. Μηδέν αστέρια για την περιγραφή, ελπίζω να είναι καλή στην πράξη...

Έχω κατσαρόλα που κάνει 450ευρώ, αυτή είναι πολύ καλύτερη κι ας κάνει 30 ευρώ , δε θα βρείτε καλύτερη από αυτή και 1000 ευρώ να δώσετε εκτός κι αν πάτε σε χάλκινη που έχει ένα 20% καλύτερη θερμική αγωγιμότητα από το αλουμίνιο. Αποφύγετε τα ανοξείδωτα(ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι) και μαντεμένια μαγειρικά σκεύη είναι τα πιο μάπα υλικά για μαγειρικά σκεύη, γιατί έχουν πολύ κακή θερμική αγωγιμότητα! Εννοείτε ότι μαγειρικό σκεύος παίρνουμε μόνο από αλουμίνιο ή χαλκό και πρέπει να έχει εσωτερική επένδυση από κάποιο ανοξείδωτο υλικό π.χ η συγκεκριμένη έχει εσωτερική επένδυση από πέτρα(μάρμαρο) η οποία είναι και αντικολλητική , επίσης και τα τηγάνια αυτής της εταιρείας είναι φοβερά. Επίσης και πολυ σημαντικό, αν θες να μαγειρεύεις χωρίς καπακι πέφτει ο βρασμός του νερού-φαγητου αμέσως, πρέπει να έχεις μισοκλειστο το καπάκι(πχ αν βράζεις μακαρόνια μολις ανοίξεις το καπάκι να τα ανακατέψεις ο βρασμός πέφτει στο μηδέν, πρέπει να το έχεις σχεδόν κλειστό για να δημιουργούνται συνθήκες τύπου χύτρας δλδ να ανεβάζει λίγη πίεση για να βραζει το νερό, αλλά αν ξεχαστεις θα φουσκωσει το νερό στο μακαρονι και θα χυθεί απέξω γιαυτο πρέπει να το έχεις ανοιχτό 1 ποντο το καπάκι και για να βραζει και για να μη χύνεται απέξω ο αφρός. αν το ηξερα εξ αρχής θα αγόραζα κάποια άλλη ίσως με περισσότερα χρήματα οκ)
I used it for the first time today and made Kagianna. Nothing stuck and nothing burned. It washed by hand very easily even though I intentionally let the eggs stick. This is my opinion so far, I will come back in a little while with new ones.

Δεν κόλλησε και δεν κάηκε τίποτα. Πλύθηκε στο χέρι πανεύκολα παρολο που επίτηδες άφησα να κολλήσουν τα αυγά πάνω. Αυτή είναι η άποψη μου μέχρι στιγμής θα επανέλθω σε λίγο καιρό με καινούργια.

I have it for a few months and so far I am very satisfied. It does everything, cleans easily and is lightweight without feeling cheap.

Just received it, replacing a 24-year-old AMC 45. Only this one is not 24 cm at the bottom, but 22. Not suitable for big eye, suitable for medium. The description says 24 cm. They probably mean the top opening which I don't care about, I want to know the diameter of the bottom, to know which eye it fits. Zero stars for the description, I hope it is good in practice...

Μόλις την παρέλαβα, σε αντικατάσταση μιας 24άρας AMC 45 ετών. Μόνο που αυτή εδώ δεν είναι 24 εκ. στον πάτο, άλλα 22. Δεν κάνει για το μεγάλο μάτι, κάνει για το μεσαίο. Η περιγραφή λέει 24 εκ. Μάλλον εννοούνε τα επάνω άνοιγμα που μου είναι αδιάφορο, θέλω να γνωρίζω τη διάμετρο του πάτου, να ξέρω σε πιο μάτι ταιριάζουν. Μηδέν αστέρια για την περιγραφή, ελπίζω να είναι καλή στην πράξη...
27.7.2024 Μαγειρεύει πάρα πολύ ωραία αλλά είναι πάρα πολύ ευαίσθητη στις γρατζουνιές. Προσοχή με μεταλλικά εργαλεία, ψάξτε να βρείτε πλαστικές κουτάλες κλπ.

Έχω κατσαρόλα που κάνει 450ευρώ, αυτή είναι πολύ καλύτερη κι ας κάνει 30 ευρώ , δε θα βρείτε καλύτερη από αυτή και 1000 ευρώ να δώσετε εκτός κι αν πάτε σε χάλκινη που έχει ένα 20% καλύτερη θερμική αγωγιμότητα από το αλουμίνιο. Αποφύγετε τα ανοξείδωτα(ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι) και μαντεμένια μαγειρικά σκεύη είναι τα πιο μάπα υλικά για μαγειρικά σκεύη, γιατί έχουν πολύ κακή θερμική αγωγιμότητα! Εννοείτε ότι μαγειρικό σκεύος παίρνουμε μόνο από αλουμίνιο ή χαλκό και πρέπει να έχει εσωτερική επένδυση από κάποιο ανοξείδωτο υλικό π.χ η συγκεκριμένη έχει εσωτερική επένδυση από πέτρα(μάρμαρο) η οποία είναι και αντικολλητική , επίσης και τα τηγάνια αυτής της εταιρείας είναι φοβερά. Πάρτε την με κλειστά τα μάτια.

Absolutely satisfied, we replaced a Wmf. Nothing sticks and it cleans very easily !!! Very nice design and it fits perfectly on the big something of the kitchen even though I was afraid.

The bottom got damaged in about a month and developed spots as if it had swollen and shrunk, but essentially the non-stick surface either came off or bubbled up. At first, I thought it was dried food left behind and tried to clean it with a soft sponge, but when it wouldn't come off, I looked closer and saw the defect in other spots too! I was using it for boiled foods and exclusively with a silicone ladle.
Ο πάτος σε ένα μήνα περίπου χάλασε και έβγαλε σημεία σαν να φούσκωσε και σαν να μάζεψε, αλλά στην ουσία η έφυγε η αντικολλητική επιφάνεια ή φούσκωσε. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι έμεινε ξεραμένο φαγητό και με μαλακό σφουγγάρι πρπς να το καθαρίσω , όταν δεν έφευγε το είδα καλύτερα και φάνηκε το ελάττωμα και σε άλλα σημεία ! Την χρησιμοποιούσα για βραστά φαγητά και αποκλειστικά με κουτάλα σιλικόνης.

Είναι πολύ καλή κατσαρόλα και αντικολλητικη. Βάζω 4 αστέρια γιατι στα πρώτα αρκετα πλυσίματα στο πλυντήριο πιάτων έβγαζε μαυρίλα ο πάτος ενώ στο χέρι οχι.
