The story of a tyrannical professor who confuses school with life and sees the residents of a small town as if they are still thick-headed students.
One evening, while watching three of his students, he enters the tavern 'Blue Angel' where something unexpected happens: he succumbs to the charm of a morally ambiguous singer who bestows her favor on one of the three students.
To compete with his rival, the professor becomes a regular at the tavern. And he surrenders to the unknown power of love, surpassing the limits of propriety.
