When and if someone manages to install it, it's okay and it doesn't rust (I have a similar one in another house for 10+ years and the aluminum looks like new, unlike the metal ones that rust in the 2nd year). Except for the rope that comes with it, which is not worth putting on because it breaks quickly and leaves marks on clothes.
So you might wonder why only 1 star?

Mine came without the holes for the rope on one arm. I thought it was just my luck...
So I made new ones myself.
I try one attachment on the railing (relatively wide/aluminum) and it barely fits. Okay, I say let's continue.
I see the openings of the base and the screws -10mm head- and they are borderline (I estimate that they used the wrong ones because there is a key for 13mm and 10mm screws in the package), about 90% of the screws with tightening would go through the holes so they need washers.
I go and buy them and return to the "project".
Here I should say that it is good to put something between the railing and the bases because it will definitely chip off with tightening (I knew it from the first one I installed and bought).
I look at the diagram and as far as I understand, it is wrong, it shows the arms upside down on the base, I put it the way I assumed it was correct and it works okay.
So I go to install the second base (on the same railing obviously) and the holes are in different places. The distance between them is much smaller than the first base I installed, so it doesn't even fit on the railing.
-At this point, I just want to throw it off the balcony-
I finally make up my mind and bring down the tools again, grab the drill and make new holes.
So a job that was supposed to take about 15-30 minutes ended up taking over 2 hours and required additional tools:
Drill with metal bits, punch, file, washers, a chisel (maybe you won't need this if you don't have such a wide railing), extra rope, and 2+ hours of involvement.
So if you're not a DIYer with an appetite for "projects," I would say to avoid it.
P.S. Something can always happen with a product, but here there are at least 3 deficiencies.

Βλέπω τα άνοιγματα της βάσης και τις βίδες -10αρη κεφαλι- και είναι οριακές(εκτιμώ ότι βάλανε λάθος γιατί μέσα στην συσκευασία έχει ένα κλειδί για 13αρη και 10αρη παξιμάδι), κατά 90% οι βίδες με σφίξιμο θα περνούσαν από τις τρύπες οπότε χρειάζονται ροδελες.
Παω και αγοράζω και ξαναγυριζω στο "project".
Εδώ να πω πως καλό είναι να βάλατε κάτι ανάμεσα στο κάγκελο και στις βάσεις γιατί σίγουρα με το σφίξιμο θα το ξεβαψει(το ήξερα από την πρώτη που είχα βάλει και είχα αγοράσει)
Κοιτάζω το σχεδιάγραμμα και αποτι καταλαβαινω είναι λάθος, δείχνει ανάποδα τους βραχίονες πάνω στην βαση, την βάζω έτσι όπως υπέθεσα πως είναι σωστά και δουλεύει οκ.
Πάω λοιπόν να βάλω και την 2η βάση (στο ίδιο κάγκελο προφανώς) και οι τρύπες είναι αλλού για αλλού.Η απόσταση τους είναι αρκετά μικρότερη από την πρώτη βάση που έβαλα οπότε δεν έμπαινε καν στο κάγκελο.
-Κάπου εδώ θέλω απλά να την πετάξω από το μπαλκονι-
Κάνω τελικά την καρδιά μου πετρα και ξανακατεβαζω τα εργαλεία,πιάνω το τρυπάνι και κάνω καινούργια τρυπα.
Οπότε μια δουλειά που ήταν να πάρει κανενα 15-30λεπτο έκλεισε αισίως το 2ωρο+ και χρειάστηκαν επιπλέον
Τρυπάνι με μύτες μεταλλου,πόντα,λίμα, ροδελες , έναν κάβουρα(ίσως αυτό δεν το χρειαστείτε εσείς εάν δεν έχετε τόσο φαρδύ καγκελο), έξτρα σκοινακι και 2+ ώρες ενασχόλησης.
Οπότε εάν δεν είστε diyer με όρεξη για "project" θα έλεγα να την αποφύγετε.
Υ.γ Κάτι πάντα μπορεί να τύχει σε ένα προϊόν αλλά εδώ υπάρχουν 3 τουλαχιστων ελλείψεις.
