I had a gift voucher from a large retail chain, and after researching the hand blenders they had in the superstore and within my desired price range, I purchased this one. If I didn't have the gift voucher, I would have considered another one that was slightly cheaper and essentially the same as the one I bought, maybe even more robust (at first glance).

Now, this particular Kenwood hand blender, in terms of its performance, is good, which means that it blends well (it has a triple blade at the bottom, instead of the double blade that almost all other brands have). It has satisfactory power for simple tasks in a household, and due to its satisfactory power, it seems to not be at risk of burning out the motor, which other models with lower power tend to do relatively easily - with the note that, like with any hand blender, we don't use it continuously for long periods of time, but rather in short blending sessions to protect the motor from any potential damage. It is not annoyingly noisy. It has two buttons, the regular (ON) and the Turbo. As a device, it is a bit heavy, obviously due to its motor - for me, it's okay and gives a sense of solidity, but for a woman, especially one who is not very strong, it might feel heavy. It appears sturdy, but this will be confirmed over time. After all, I think that the motor may have satisfactory power, but the movement is transmitted through some gears, which could be either metallic or plastic - I don't know what they are because they are internal and not visible. The motor may be powerful, but if these gears get damaged, the device will obviously break down - therefore, if it is durable, it will show over prolonged use. The top part is plastic, with a nice grip, and the bottom part is stainless steel - the whole device is about 40 cm long. Its cable is approximately 1 meter long. Since I don't have an outlet in the kitchen, I take the device close to the outlet and blend (caution! don't burn your countertop, have a base for this task). The metallic bottom part that does the blending can be easily attached and detached with the top part (plastic, handle) and securely (with a rotating motion that 'locks' it). It is easy to clean. In addition to the main device, the packaging also includes a plastic container, somewhat tall and narrow, to put whatever we want inside (e.g. fruits) and blend in it to make smoothies, etc.

For now, I give it 4 stars because it seems fine at the beginning. If necessary, I will make edits, adding observations and/or changing the rating.
