Before I start, I want to say that I have had it since 2002 and of course, I didn't buy it from here but from a dealer and only for home use, amateurishly and with a 30-year-old pressure washer... of course, Karcher, even back then it was worth 70€.
In total, I have unclogged over a kilometer of central sewage pipes, sink pipes, toilet pipes, and many others.
My only complaint was that structurally at the top of the ball there was no hole, resulting in it struggling when encountering a hard obstacle because it couldn't penetrate, and I solved the problem by making a 1mm hole.
A few days ago, I got this ball from here:

with a factory hole, with a cross-section like the side ones to maintain stable pressure and to move at a steady speed in the pipe, since the 1mm hole I made was somewhat larger than the side ones, so the pressure in front was greater and it didn't move as it should... it got stuck even in straight sections but especially in corners more.
In conclusion, not only is it worth the money, but when you use it regularly, it also saves you money.

I did not expect to be able to unclog the drain without breaking the bathroom.... It really worths it... The plumber who came said we would either break the bathroom or dig up the road to find the main sewer line so that the municipal unclogger could come... I unclogged it myself with this.... The drain pipe really shined with three or four passes after unclogging!!
