It helps a lot with fruit that has a fracture. My physiotherapist recommended it to me. I recommend it without hesitation

It is the third wrist brace that I have purchased, essentially looking for support for my injured right wrist from tennis, during workouts and specifically for weights. I did not expect the product to be so good. It is so good that even after exercising, I do not feel any discomfort. You can tighten it as much as you want, thanks to the elastic strap it has, however if you tighten it too much, the hand becomes numb, so it requires some attention in that regard. It seems to be well-made, as with use in workouts 4 times a week, it has no signs of wear after about 2 months. Tremendous choice, I highly recommend trying it.

I bought it to stabilize my wrist during exercise because I had an injury (fracture). You can tighten it as much as you want with the elastic strap, although I would have liked it a little longer. It is of good quality, made in Germany, at least that's what it says. Let's see if it will withstand daily use.
Update: It is indeed very good, with daily use it did not show any signs of wear.
