In this book, I will attempt to present various memories and events that played a significant role in my long academic career thus far, without any intention of self-promotion.

I have tried to offer my whole self to my fellow humans and to my family, and to practice my profession successfully.

This, of course, will be judged by my friends and the readers of this book.
