The OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra food supplement contains fish oil with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and is enriched with vitamin E. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
The daily dose is one capsule, preferably after a meal, with plenty of water. This product is intended for healthy adults and is not suitable for children. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or as a substitute for a varied diet.
