I have no experience with chainsaws at all but I can say that I felt safe during its operation because it stops immediately as soon as you release the switch. It cut the wood very easily, quietly, and practically. I am not an expert in the field but as a beginner it did not trouble me at all.
Δεν έχω καθόλου εμπειρία από αλυσοπρίονα αλλά μπορώ να πω ότι αισθάνθηκα ασφάλεια κατά την λειτουργία του διότι σταματάει άμεσα μόλις αφήσεις τον διακόπτη. Έκοψε τα ξύλα με πολλή ανεση, αθόρυβα και πρακτικά. Δεν είμαι γνώστης του αντικειμένου αλλά σαν πρωτάρης δεν με δυσκόλεψε καθόλου.

Παρόλο που μου έσπασε το ελατήριο του φρένου της αλυσίδας και το αντικατέστησα με κόστος 35 ευρώ ( πανάκριβο, ευτυχώς το τοποθέτησα μόνος μου, αλλάζει πολύ δύσκολα όμως ) αφού το ξέσκισα το μηχάνημα και μετά βάζω 5 αστέρια γιατί το μηχάνημα τα σπάει . Φτάνει να μην το κρατάς στα χέρια σου γιατί ειναι ασήκωτο .

I bought it on 25/11/24. In January, after having used it a total of 3 times for 15 minutes each, it burned out! Before this, I had another one, of a different brand but at the same price, and it lasted 9 years. I used a 3x2.5mm2 extension cord and used it correctly (as always), so we're clearly talking about a defective product... After a month on the phone, the service did not cover the damage, claiming I overworked it, and told me the repair cost would be 80 Euros. The store I spoke with said this has happened before and that they don't cover this damage at all... even if it's due to a defect, so I didn't risk it (115 purchase + 15 to send it). I threw it away and bought another brand. It's a powerful tool, I won't deny, but I consider it very important to have a warranty.
Το αγόρασα 25/11/24. Τον Ιανουάριο και έχοντας κόψει σύνολικα 3 φορές με 15΄' λειτουργίας στο σύνολο, μου κάηκε! Πρίν από αυτό είχα ένα άλλο, άλλης μάρκας αλλά στα ίδια χρήματα και μου κάηκε μετά απο 9 χρόνια. Είχα μπαλαντέζα 3x2.5mm2 και έκανα ορθή χρήση(όπως πάντα), οπότε μιλάμε ξεκάθαρα γιά ελαττώματικο...Μετά από ένα μήνα στα τηλέφωνα, το service δεν μου κάλυψε τη ζημιά με τη δικαιολογία ότι το ζόρισα και μου είπαν ότι το κόστος επισκευής ανέρχεται στα 80 Ευρω. Με το κατάστημα που μίλησα μου είπε ότι έχει ξανά γίνει αύτο και ότι αυτή τη βλάβη δεν την καλύπτουν με τίποτα....ακόμη και αν είναι από ελάττωμα, οπότε δεν το ρίσκαρα(115αγορα+15 γιά να το στείλω).. Το πέταξα και αγόρασα άλλης μάρκας. Δυνατό εργαλείο δεν λέω, αλλά, θεωρώ πολύ σημαντικό να έχει και εγγύηση.

A very good value saw for household use. In the video, I push it to its limits, cutting a dry olive tree with a thickness of 40cm. However, you need to cut gently and not press it like a gasoline saw. Generally, electric saws cannot be compared to gasoline ones, they are in a different category. As for the weight, it can't be helped, it has a large 2400 motor and I believe it is made of good materials. For heavy-duty work like cutting logs, I would recommend a tool with over 2000w and definitely not the various cheap Chinese ones. From this specific Hyundai and above, always go for reputable brands, the price differences are small.
ενα πολυ τιμιο πριονι για οικιακη χρηση,,στο βιντεακι το φερνω στα ορια του,,ξερη ελια 40cm παχος..ομως πρεπει να κοβεις απαλα και οχι να το πιεζεις σαν τα βενζινης,,,,γενικα τα ηλεκτρικα δεν συγκρινονται με τις βενζινες,ειναι αλλη κατηγορια..οσο για το βαρος δεν γινεται αλλιως,ενα μεγαλο μοτερ 2400 και πιστευω καλα υλικα κατασκευης...για σκληρη εργασια οπως κορμους θα συνηστουσα εργαλειο πανω απο 2000w και σιγουρα οχι τα διαφορα φτηνα κινεζικα,απο το συγκεκριμενο hyundai και πανω παντα επωνυμα,οιδιαφορες στα χρηματα μικρες..
I bought it exclusively for use on a stationary base, for cutting long or bulky wood for the fireplace at home.
It proved to be an EXCELLENT choice.
Screwed onto the stationary base, obviously it doesn't strain your hands at all, since you don't hold it...
It is generally lightweight, as the motor is longitudinal, so it doesn't interfere with handling the wood near it.
It works perfectly with a ballast-reel, wrapped in a 16-inch safety.
It is very powerful with its 2.4 kW and as an electric saw, it has a kickback brake. The branded 3/8 chain cuts dry-hard wood exceptionally well and green wood like butter, regardless of diameter, size, cutting angle, etc.
It doesn't have a voltage regulator, but it doesn't need one at all, since you only need the on/off function on the base.
The "automatic" chain brake is very useful and safe, immobilizing the chain in less than half a second once you release the switch, while the motor (and the noisy transmission) continue to rotate due to inertia...
The safety lever in front of the upper handle simply cuts off the power, activating the "automatic" brake that stops the chain...
As an electric saw, I expected it to be a little quieter, but it has a powerful 3.2 horsepower longitudinal motor, even with an angled transmission, so its noise is perfectly justified.
Compared to a gasoline-powered saw, on the stationary base, it is much quieter, as it doesn't produce noise when not in operation, unlike the gasoline-powered saw that constantly runs at idle, and even when in operation, it produces a lower sound level than a gasoline saw.
You hear the chain cutting the wood more than the motor and transmission.
It has so much torque that it starts with the trunk resting on the chain, something that cannot be done with a gasoline-powered saw, regardless of displacement and power...
It consumes very little lubricating oil and chain tensioning is a breeze (it needed tensioning during the first hour of operation and one more time in the following two hours...)
Its plastic parts seem to be of very good quality, the blade and chain are Oregon, the chain is 3/8, and the oil cap is located on the front left side...
For the use on the base that we purchased it for, it is the best choice...

I am coming back just to confirm the huge difference that the Hyundai has compared to the very powerful and well-known gasoline chainsaw that I have been using on my yellow base until now.
We are talking about a different category...
The electric saw cuts everything very quickly, regardless of the type of wood, diameter, and moisture content (green-dry).
The ease of cutting wood with the use of the base has been taken to another level with the powerful Hyundai electric saw...
Highly recommended for use on a stationary base.
P.S. Since the saw is on/off anyway, so that I don't have to use it with the "throttle" on my yellow base, I purchased an industrial on/off foot switch (with a cover) and I will connect it to that for greater ease and safety of use.

Το αγόρασα αποκλειστικά για χρήση σε σταθερή βάση, για το κόψιμο των μακριών, ή ογκωδών ξύλων για τη σόμπα στο σπίτι.
Αποδείχτηκε ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ επιλογή.
Βιδωμενο πάνω στην σταθερή βάση, προφανώς δεν κουράζει στο ελάχιστο τα χέρια, μιας και δεν το κρατάς...
Είναι γενικά λεπτοκαμωμένο, μιας και το μοτέρ είναι διαμήκες, οπότε και δεν ενοχλεί στον χειρισμό των ξύλων κοντά του.
Λειτουργεί μια χαρά με μπαλαντέζα-καρούλι, εναμισάρα (τυλιγμένη κιόλας...) σε 16άρα ασφάλεια.
Είναι ισχυρότατο με τα 2.4 Kw του και σαν ηλεκτρικο έχει ροπάκλα, η επώνυμη αλυσίδα 3/8 κόβει τα ξερά-σκληρά ξύλα εξαιρετικα και τα χλωρά σαν βούτυρο, ανεξαρτήτως διαμέτρου, μεγέθους, γωνίας κοπής, κτλ.
Δεν έχει ροοστατη, αλλά δεν χρειάζεται καθόλου, μιας και στην βάση χρειάζεσαι μόνο on/off λειτουργία.
Πολύ χρήσιμο και ιδιαιτέρως ασφαλές το "αυτόματο" φρένο της αλυσίδας, που την ακινητοποιεί σε λιγότερο από μισό δευτερόλεπτο μόλις αφήσεις το διακόπτη, ενώ το μοτέρ (και η θορυβώδης μετάδοση) συνεχίζουν να περιστρέφονται λόγω αδράνειας...
Το κλαπέτο ασφαλείας μπροστά από την επάνω λαβή απλά κόβει το ρεύμα, οπότε και ενεργοποιείται το "αυτόματο" φρένο που σταματάει την αλυσίδα...
Ως ηλεκτρικό, το περίμενα λίγο πιο αθόρυβο, αλλά έχει μια διαμήκη μοτερούκλα 3.2 ίππων, με γωνιακή μάλιστα μετάδοση, οπότε και ο θόρυβός του δικαιολογείται απόλυτα.
Συγκριτικά με βενζινοκίνητο, στην σταθερή βάση, είναι με διαφορά πολύ πιο ήσυχο, μιας και δεν παράγει θόρυβο όταν δεν λειτουργεί, αντίθετα με το βενζινοκίνητο που δουλεύει συνεχώς ρελαντί, ενώ και σε λειτουργία παράγει χαμηλότερη στάθμη ήχου από ένα βενζίνης.
Πιο πολύ ακούς την αλυσίδα να κόβει το ξύλο, παρά το μοτέρ και τη μετάδοση.
Έχει τόση πολλή ροπή, που ξεκινάει με τον κορμό ακουμπημένο στην αλυσίδα, κάτι που στα βενζινοκίνητα, ανεξαρτήτως κυβισμού και ισχύος, απλά δεν γίνεται...
Καταναλώνει πραγματικά ελάχιστο λάδι λίπανσης και το τέντωμα/σφίξιμο της αλυσίδας είναι παιγνιδάκι (την πρώτη ώρα λειτουργίας χρειάστηκε ένα τέντωμα και τις επόμενες δύο, άλλο ένα...)
Τα πλαστικά του φαίνονται πολύ καλής ποιότητας, η λάμα και η αλυσίδα είναι Oregon, η αλυσίδα είναι 3/8 και η τάπα του λαδιού μπροστά αριστερά και κοιτάει στο πλάι...
Για την χρήση σε βάση που το αγοράσαμε, είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή...

Επανέρχομαι απλά για να επιβεβαιώσω την τεράστια διαφορά που έχει το Hyundai, σε σχέση με το πολύ ισχυρό και επώνυμο βενζινοπρίονο που χρησιμοποιούσα μέχρι τώρα στην κίτρινη βάση μου.
Μιλάμε για άλλη κατηγορία...
Το ηλεκτρικό κόβει ταχύτατα τα πάντα όλα, ανεξαρτήτως είδους ξύλου, διαμέτρου και υγρασίας (χλωρά-ξερά)
Η ευκολία κοπής ξύλων με τη χρήση βάσης, απογειώθηκε με το πολύ δυνατό ηλεκτρικό Hyundai...
Απολύτως συνιστώμενη αγορά για χρήση σε σταθερή βάση.
ΥΓ. επειδή το πριόνι είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς on/off, για να μην το χρησιμοποιώ με το "ποδόγκαζο" στην κίτρινη βάση μου, προμηθεύτηκα έναν βιομηχανικό ποδοδιακόπτη on/off (με καλύπτρα) και θα το συνδέσω σε αυτόν, για μεγαλύτερη ευκολία και ασφάλεια χρήσης.

Quite impressive for an electric one, but very heavy. After 1 hour, my hands are already tired. It requires attention because, as others have said, the chain needs frequent tensioning. Mine slightly came off from one side (the bottom) and I noticed it when it started smoking. Luckily, it didn't cause much damage. For household use, with a good 1.5-meter cable extension, it is the best. Be careful, it blows the 10-amp fuse in 2 seconds before you even start cutting
Αρκετα εντυπωσιακο για ηλεκτρικο , αλλα πολυ βαρυ . Στη 1 ωρα εχουν ηδη κουραστει τα χερια . Θελει προσοχη γιατι οπως ειπανε και αλλοι θελει τεντωμα η αλυσιδα σχετικα συχνα . Εμενα μου βγηκε απ τη μια μερια (τη κατω ) ελαχιστα και το πηρα χαμπαρι οταν καπνιζε . Ευτυχως δεν εκανε μεγαλη ζημια . Για οικιακη χρηση με μια καλη μπαλαντεζα με 1.5αρι καλωδιο ειναι οτι καλυτερο . Προσοχη τη 10αρα ασφαλεια την ριχνει σε 2 sec πριν καν κοψεις
I have to say that I am not an expert in cutting (nor do I pretend to be), I just have a garden with a few trees (laurels, some lemon trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, etc.) and quite a few branches, and I wanted it for the appropriate cutting.
Overall, it cuts well (for an electric one). I wouldn't say the famous phrase "cuts through the trunk like butter"... I have only seen that in gasoline chainsaws with at least double the price...
Note about cutting: You have to "clamp" the trunk you are cutting in the saw's notches in order to cut it properly, otherwise if you just try to touch it on the trunk, it cuts, but it has a lot of vibrations and requires strong "hands".
Inside the box, it comes with a small bottle of oil. This is enough for a while... it fills the oil container about halfway. It's good to have 2 to 4 liters of special chainsaw oil (depending on usage). Personally, I cut a laurel tree (because it was leaning towards the neighboring house and had rotted) using it continuously (without breaks) for about 1 hour and it used up about 80% of the oil fill.
It is relatively heavy (around 6 kilograms), so after a while it gets tiring (logically).
A very negative point and the reason why I gave it 3 stars (otherwise I would give it 4, and if I could, 4.5) is the user manual. I am not that knowledgeable and I didn't know how to assemble the blade, etc. When I opened the Greek manual (that was the only one included), I felt like I was being fooled!! Seriously!! I got so annoyed that I thought about returning the whole product!! The reason is that the main part regarding the initial setup of the chainsaw had the correct steps and descriptions... but it was full of references to images (which is fine), but those images were nowhere to be found in the manual, nor was there any other document with the images in the packaging!
Also, the Greek manual was 13 pages, while the equivalent English one was... 48!! With all that it implies! Luckily, I found videos and instructions here:

Πρέπει να πω οτι δεν είμαι ειδικός στην κοπή (κι ούτε το "παίζω"), απλά έχω ένα κήπο με μερικά δένδρα (δάφνες, μερικές λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές, ροδιές κλπ) και αρκετά κλαδιά και το ήθελα για το ανάλογο κόψιμο.
Γενικά, κόβει καλά (για ηλεκτρικό). Δεν θα έλεγα την περίφημη έκφραση "κόβει τον κορμό σαν βούτυρο"... αυτο το έχω δει μόνο σε αλλυσοπρίονα βενζίνης με τουλάχιστον διπλάσια τιμή...
Σημείωση για το κόψιμο: Πρέπει να "μαγκώσετε" τον κορμό που κόβετε, στις εγκοπές του πριονιού, για να κόψει ιδανικά, αλλιώς αν προσπαθήσετε απλά να το ακουμπίσετε επάνω στον κορμό, κόβει, αλλά εχει αρκετούς κραδασμούς και θέλει γερά "χέρια".
Μέσα στο κουτί πρσφέρεται με ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι με λάδι. Αυτό αρκεί για λίγο... γεμίζει το δοχείο λαδιού μέχρι την μέση περίπου. Καλό να έχετε προμηθευτεί 2 έως 4 λίτρα ειδικό λάδι για αλλυσοπρίονα (ανάλογα βέβαια με την χρήση). Προσωπικά έκοψα μια δάφνη (διότι έγερνε προς το διπλανό σπίτι κι είχε σαπίσει) κάνοντας καθαρή χρήση (χωρίς τις διακοπές) γύρω στη 1 ώρα και χάλαρα περίπου το 80% ενός γεμίσματος λαδιού.
Είναι σχετικά βαρύ (κοντά στα 6 κιλά), οπότε μετά από κα΄ποια ώρα (λογικά) κουράζει.
Ένα πάρα πολύ αρνητικό σημείο και αυτός ο λόγος που έβαλα 3 αστέρια (αλλιώς θα έβαζα 4, κι αν μπορούσα 4.5) είναι ο οδηγός χρήσης. Εγώ δεν είμαι τόσο ειδικός και δεν ήξερα πώς συναρμολογείται η λάμα κλπ κλπ. Όταν άνοιξα τον Ελληνικό οδηγό (αυτόν μόνο μου είχαν μέσα) ένιωσα οτι με κοροϊδεύουνε!! Πραγματικά!! Εκνευρίστικα τόσο πολύ που σκέφτηκα να επιστρέψω όλο το προιόν πίσω !! Ο λόγος είναι διότι το κυριότερο κομμάτι που αφορά στο αρχικό setup του αλλυσοπρίονου είχε μεν σωστά τα βήματα και τις περιγραφές αυτών... αλλά ήταν γεμάτο από παραπομπές σε εικόνες (και καλά έκανε), οι οποίες όμως δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά μέσα στο εγχειρίδιο, ούτε υπήρχε στην συσκευασία κάποιο άλλο έντυπο με τις εικόνες!
Επίσης το Ελληνικό έντυπο ήταν 13 σελίδες, ενώ το αντίστοιχο Αγγλικό ήταν,... 48!! Με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται! Ευτυχώς βρήκα video και οδηγίες εδώ:

Very powerful. The Watts prove it. I didn't expect it to be so good for the money it costs. As a plus, I also include the branded blade and chain it has in the box. (Oregon).

I also have the Hyundai pruning shears and it has served me well. The electric one is not comparable to other Chinese brands. You can find cheaper options for as low as 10 euros, but it's better to leave it. I accidentally ran over the blade cover with my car and the next day the replacement part was available at the store at the right price. It cuts very powerfully and robustly. Hyundai... name-quality-price is superb, and the availability of spare parts is not something we have to worry about later, like with other brands.
Έχω και το κλαδευτικο της hyundai και με έχει βγάλει παλικάρι.το ηλεκτρικό δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα άλλα κινέζικα.βρισκεις και με 10 ευρώ φτηνότερα αλλά άστο καλύτερα.πατησα με το αμάξι το καπάκι λάμας και την άλλη μέρα το ανταλλακτικό ήταν στο μαγαζί και σε σωστή τιμή.
Στη κοπή πετάει πολύ δυνατό και στιβαρό.

Παρόλο που μου έσπασε το ελατήριο του φρένου της αλυσίδας και το αντικατέστησα με κόστος 35 ευρώ ( πανάκριβο, ευτυχώς το τοποθέτησα μόνος μου, αλλάζει πολύ δύσκολα όμως ) αφού το ξέσκισα το μηχάνημα και μετά βάζω 5 αστέρια γιατί το μηχάνημα τα σπάει . Φτάνει να μην το κρατάς στα χέρια σου γιατί ειναι ασήκωτο .

Before this, I had another one, of a different brand but at the same price, and it lasted 9 years. I used a 3x2.5mm2 extension cord and used it correctly (as always), so we're clearly talking about a defective product... After a month on the phone, the service did not cover the damage, claiming I overworked it, and told me the repair cost would be 80 Euros. The store I spoke with said this has happened before and that they don't cover this damage at all... even if it's due to a defect, so I didn't risk it (115 purchase + 15 to send it). I threw it away and bought another brand. It's a powerful tool, I won't deny, but I consider it very important to have a warranty.

I have no experience with chainsaws at all but I can say that I felt safe during its operation because it stops immediately as soon as you release the switch. It cut the wood very easily, quietly, and practically. I am not an expert in the field but as a beginner it did not trouble me at all.
Δεν έχω καθόλου εμπειρία από αλυσοπρίονα αλλά μπορώ να πω ότι αισθάνθηκα ασφάλεια κατά την λειτουργία του διότι σταματάει άμεσα μόλις αφήσεις τον διακόπτη. Έκοψε τα ξύλα με πολλή ανεση, αθόρυβα και πρακτικά. Δεν είμαι γνώστης του αντικειμένου αλλά σαν πρωτάρης δεν με δυσκόλεψε καθόλου.

Excellent machine. Just make sure you have the right power 2.5+amp relay in your house/garage. Usually the plugs in the kitchen on many homes here are the only ones above 1.6amps.

A very good value saw for household use. In the video, I push it to its limits, cutting a dry olive tree with a thickness of 40cm. However, you need to cut gently and not press it like a gasoline saw. Generally, electric saws cannot be compared to gasoline ones, they are in a different category. As for the weight, it can't be helped, it has a large 2400 motor and I believe it is made of good materials. For heavy-duty work like cutting logs, I would recommend a tool with over 2000w and definitely not the various cheap Chinese ones. From this specific Hyundai and above, always go for reputable brands, the price differences are small.
ενα πολυ τιμιο πριονι για οικιακη χρηση,,στο βιντεακι το φερνω στα ορια του,,ξερη ελια 40cm παχος..ομως πρεπει να κοβεις απαλα και οχι να το πιεζεις σαν τα βενζινης,,,,γενικα τα ηλεκτρικα δεν συγκρινονται με τις βενζινες,ειναι αλλη κατηγορια..οσο για το βαρος δεν γινεται αλλιως,ενα μεγαλο μοτερ 2400 και πιστευω καλα υλικα κατασκευης...για σκληρη εργασια οπως κορμους θα συνηστουσα εργαλειο πανω απο 2000w και σιγουρα οχι τα διαφορα φτηνα κινεζικα,απο το συγκεκριμενο hyundai και πανω παντα επωνυμα,οιδιαφορες στα χρηματα μικρες..
I bought it exclusively for use on a stationary base, for cutting long or bulky wood for the fireplace at home.
It proved to be an EXCELLENT choice.
Screwed onto the stationary base, obviously it doesn't strain your hands at all, since you don't hold it...
It is generally lightweight, as the motor is longitudinal, so it doesn't interfere with handling the wood near it.
It works perfectly with a ballast-reel, wrapped in a 16-inch safety.
It is very powerful with its 2.4 kW and as an electric saw, it has a kickback brake. The branded 3/8 chain cuts dry-hard wood exceptionally well and green wood like butter, regardless of diameter, size, cutting angle, etc.
It doesn't have a voltage regulator, but it doesn't need one at all, since you only need the on/off function on the base.
The "automatic" chain brake is very useful and safe, immobilizing the chain in less than half a second once you release the switch, while the motor (and the noisy transmission) continue to rotate due to inertia...
The safety lever in front of the upper handle simply cuts off the power, activating the "automatic" brake that stops the chain...
As an electric saw, I expected it to be a little quieter, but it has a powerful 3.2 horsepower longitudinal motor, even with an angled transmission, so its noise is perfectly justified.
Compared to a gasoline-powered saw, on the stationary base, it is much quieter, as it doesn't produce noise when not in operation, unlike the gasoline-powered saw that constantly runs at idle, and even when in operation, it produces a lower sound level than a gasoline saw.
You hear the chain cutting the wood more than the motor and transmission.
It has so much torque that it starts with the trunk resting on the chain, something that cannot be done with a gasoline-powered saw, regardless of displacement and power...
It consumes very little lubricating oil and chain tensioning is a breeze (it needed tensioning during the first hour of operation and one more time in the following two hours...)
Its plastic parts seem to be of very good quality, the blade and chain are Oregon, the chain is 3/8, and the oil cap is located on the front left side...
For the use on the base that we purchased it for, it is the best choice...

I am coming back just to confirm the huge difference that the Hyundai has compared to the very powerful and well-known gasoline chainsaw that I have been using on my yellow base until now.
We are talking about a different category...
The electric saw cuts everything very quickly, regardless of the type of wood, diameter, and moisture content (green-dry).
The ease of cutting wood with the use of the base has been taken to another level with the powerful Hyundai electric saw...
Highly recommended for use on a stationary base.
P.S. Since the saw is on/off anyway, so that I don't have to use it with the "throttle" on my yellow base, I purchased an industrial on/off foot switch (with a cover) and I will connect it to that for greater ease and safety of use.

Το αγόρασα αποκλειστικά για χρήση σε σταθερή βάση, για το κόψιμο των μακριών, ή ογκωδών ξύλων για τη σόμπα στο σπίτι.
Αποδείχτηκε ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ επιλογή.
Βιδωμενο πάνω στην σταθερή βάση, προφανώς δεν κουράζει στο ελάχιστο τα χέρια, μιας και δεν το κρατάς...
Είναι γενικά λεπτοκαμωμένο, μιας και το μοτέρ είναι διαμήκες, οπότε και δεν ενοχλεί στον χειρισμό των ξύλων κοντά του.
Λειτουργεί μια χαρά με μπαλαντέζα-καρούλι, εναμισάρα (τυλιγμένη κιόλας...) σε 16άρα ασφάλεια.
Είναι ισχυρότατο με τα 2.4 Kw του και σαν ηλεκτρικο έχει ροπάκλα, η επώνυμη αλυσίδα 3/8 κόβει τα ξερά-σκληρά ξύλα εξαιρετικα και τα χλωρά σαν βούτυρο, ανεξαρτήτως διαμέτρου, μεγέθους, γωνίας κοπής, κτλ.
Δεν έχει ροοστατη, αλλά δεν χρειάζεται καθόλου, μιας και στην βάση χρειάζεσαι μόνο on/off λειτουργία.
Πολύ χρήσιμο και ιδιαιτέρως ασφαλές το "αυτόματο" φρένο της αλυσίδας, που την ακινητοποιεί σε λιγότερο από μισό δευτερόλεπτο μόλις αφήσεις το διακόπτη, ενώ το μοτέρ (και η θορυβώδης μετάδοση) συνεχίζουν να περιστρέφονται λόγω αδράνειας...
Το κλαπέτο ασφαλείας μπροστά από την επάνω λαβή απλά κόβει το ρεύμα, οπότε και ενεργοποιείται το "αυτόματο" φρένο που σταματάει την αλυσίδα...
Ως ηλεκτρικό, το περίμενα λίγο πιο αθόρυβο, αλλά έχει μια διαμήκη μοτερούκλα 3.2 ίππων, με γωνιακή μάλιστα μετάδοση, οπότε και ο θόρυβός του δικαιολογείται απόλυτα.
Συγκριτικά με βενζινοκίνητο, στην σταθερή βάση, είναι με διαφορά πολύ πιο ήσυχο, μιας και δεν παράγει θόρυβο όταν δεν λειτουργεί, αντίθετα με το βενζινοκίνητο που δουλεύει συνεχώς ρελαντί, ενώ και σε λειτουργία παράγει χαμηλότερη στάθμη ήχου από ένα βενζίνης.
Πιο πολύ ακούς την αλυσίδα να κόβει το ξύλο, παρά το μοτέρ και τη μετάδοση.
Έχει τόση πολλή ροπή, που ξεκινάει με τον κορμό ακουμπημένο στην αλυσίδα, κάτι που στα βενζινοκίνητα, ανεξαρτήτως κυβισμού και ισχύος, απλά δεν γίνεται...
Καταναλώνει πραγματικά ελάχιστο λάδι λίπανσης και το τέντωμα/σφίξιμο της αλυσίδας είναι παιγνιδάκι (την πρώτη ώρα λειτουργίας χρειάστηκε ένα τέντωμα και τις επόμενες δύο, άλλο ένα...)
Τα πλαστικά του φαίνονται πολύ καλής ποιότητας, η λάμα και η αλυσίδα είναι Oregon, η αλυσίδα είναι 3/8 και η τάπα του λαδιού μπροστά αριστερά και κοιτάει στο πλάι...
Για την χρήση σε βάση που το αγοράσαμε, είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή...

Επανέρχομαι απλά για να επιβεβαιώσω την τεράστια διαφορά που έχει το Hyundai, σε σχέση με το πολύ ισχυρό και επώνυμο βενζινοπρίονο που χρησιμοποιούσα μέχρι τώρα στην κίτρινη βάση μου.
Μιλάμε για άλλη κατηγορία...
Το ηλεκτρικό κόβει ταχύτατα τα πάντα όλα, ανεξαρτήτως είδους ξύλου, διαμέτρου και υγρασίας (χλωρά-ξερά)
Η ευκολία κοπής ξύλων με τη χρήση βάσης, απογειώθηκε με το πολύ δυνατό ηλεκτρικό Hyundai...
Απολύτως συνιστώμενη αγορά για χρήση σε σταθερή βάση.
ΥΓ. επειδή το πριόνι είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς on/off, για να μην το χρησιμοποιώ με το "ποδόγκαζο" στην κίτρινη βάση μου, προμηθεύτηκα έναν βιομηχανικό ποδοδιακόπτη on/off (με καλύπτρα) και θα το συνδέσω σε αυτόν, για μεγαλύτερη ευκολία και ασφάλεια χρήσης.

Quite impressive for an electric one, but very heavy. After 1 hour, my hands are already tired. It requires attention because, as others have said, the chain needs frequent tensioning. Mine slightly came off from one side (the bottom) and I noticed it when it started smoking. Luckily, it didn't cause much damage. For household use, with a good 1.5-meter cable extension, it is the best. Be careful, it blows the 10-amp fuse in 2 seconds before you even start cutting
Αρκετα εντυπωσιακο για ηλεκτρικο , αλλα πολυ βαρυ . Στη 1 ωρα εχουν ηδη κουραστει τα χερια . Θελει προσοχη γιατι οπως ειπανε και αλλοι θελει τεντωμα η αλυσιδα σχετικα συχνα . Εμενα μου βγηκε απ τη μια μερια (τη κατω ) ελαχιστα και το πηρα χαμπαρι οταν καπνιζε . Ευτυχως δεν εκανε μεγαλη ζημια . Για οικιακη χρηση με μια καλη μπαλαντεζα με 1.5αρι καλωδιο ειναι οτι καλυτερο . Προσοχη τη 10αρα ασφαλεια την ριχνει σε 2 sec πριν καν κοψεις
I have to say that I am not an expert in cutting (nor do I pretend to be), I just have a garden with a few trees (laurels, some lemon trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, etc.) and quite a few branches, and I wanted it for the appropriate cutting.
Overall, it cuts well (for an electric one). I wouldn't say the famous phrase "cuts through the trunk like butter"... I have only seen that in gasoline chainsaws with at least double the price...
Note about cutting: You have to "clamp" the trunk you are cutting in the saw's notches in order to cut it properly, otherwise if you just try to touch it on the trunk, it cuts, but it has a lot of vibrations and requires strong "hands".
Inside the box, it comes with a small bottle of oil. This is enough for a while... it fills the oil container about halfway. It's good to have 2 to 4 liters of special chainsaw oil (depending on usage). Personally, I cut a laurel tree (because it was leaning towards the neighboring house and had rotted) using it continuously (without breaks) for about 1 hour and it used up about 80% of the oil fill.
It is relatively heavy (around 6 kilograms), so after a while it gets tiring (logically).
A very negative point and the reason why I gave it 3 stars (otherwise I would give it 4, and if I could, 4.5) is the user manual. I am not that knowledgeable and I didn't know how to assemble the blade, etc. When I opened the Greek manual (that was the only one included), I felt like I was being fooled!! Seriously!! I got so annoyed that I thought about returning the whole product!! The reason is that the main part regarding the initial setup of the chainsaw had the correct steps and descriptions... but it was full of references to images (which is fine), but those images were nowhere to be found in the manual, nor was there any other document with the images in the packaging!
Also, the Greek manual was 13 pages, while the equivalent English one was... 48!! With all that it implies! Luckily, I found videos and instructions here:

But it didn't mention anywhere that I needed internet in order to be able to use my new chainsaw... ;)
Πρέπει να πω οτι δεν είμαι ειδικός στην κοπή (κι ούτε το "παίζω"), απλά έχω ένα κήπο με μερικά δένδρα (δάφνες, μερικές λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές, ροδιές κλπ) και αρκετά κλαδιά και το ήθελα για το ανάλογο κόψιμο.
Γενικά, κόβει καλά (για ηλεκτρικό). Δεν θα έλεγα την περίφημη έκφραση "κόβει τον κορμό σαν βούτυρο"... αυτο το έχω δει μόνο σε αλλυσοπρίονα βενζίνης με τουλάχιστον διπλάσια τιμή...
Σημείωση για το κόψιμο: Πρέπει να "μαγκώσετε" τον κορμό που κόβετε, στις εγκοπές του πριονιού, για να κόψει ιδανικά, αλλιώς αν προσπαθήσετε απλά να το ακουμπίσετε επάνω στον κορμό, κόβει, αλλά εχει αρκετούς κραδασμούς και θέλει γερά "χέρια".
Μέσα στο κουτί πρσφέρεται με ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι με λάδι. Αυτό αρκεί για λίγο... γεμίζει το δοχείο λαδιού μέχρι την μέση περίπου. Καλό να έχετε προμηθευτεί 2 έως 4 λίτρα ειδικό λάδι για αλλυσοπρίονα (ανάλογα βέβαια με την χρήση). Προσωπικά έκοψα μια δάφνη (διότι έγερνε προς το διπλανό σπίτι κι είχε σαπίσει) κάνοντας καθαρή χρήση (χωρίς τις διακοπές) γύρω στη 1 ώρα και χάλαρα περίπου το 80% ενός γεμίσματος λαδιού.
Είναι σχετικά βαρύ (κοντά στα 6 κιλά), οπότε μετά από κα΄ποια ώρα (λογικά) κουράζει.
Ένα πάρα πολύ αρνητικό σημείο και αυτός ο λόγος που έβαλα 3 αστέρια (αλλιώς θα έβαζα 4, κι αν μπορούσα 4.5) είναι ο οδηγός χρήσης. Εγώ δεν είμαι τόσο ειδικός και δεν ήξερα πώς συναρμολογείται η λάμα κλπ κλπ. Όταν άνοιξα τον Ελληνικό οδηγό (αυτόν μόνο μου είχαν μέσα) ένιωσα οτι με κοροϊδεύουνε!! Πραγματικά!! Εκνευρίστικα τόσο πολύ που σκέφτηκα να επιστρέψω όλο το προιόν πίσω !! Ο λόγος είναι διότι το κυριότερο κομμάτι που αφορά στο αρχικό setup του αλλυσοπρίονου είχε μεν σωστά τα βήματα και τις περιγραφές αυτών... αλλά ήταν γεμάτο από παραπομπές σε εικόνες (και καλά έκανε), οι οποίες όμως δεν υπήρχαν πουθενά μέσα στο εγχειρίδιο, ούτε υπήρχε στην συσκευασία κάποιο άλλο έντυπο με τις εικόνες!
Επίσης το Ελληνικό έντυπο ήταν 13 σελίδες, ενώ το αντίστοιχο Αγγλικό ήταν,... 48!! Με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται! Ευτυχώς βρήκα video και οδηγίες εδώ:

Very powerful. The Watts prove it. I didn't expect it to be so good for the money it costs. As a plus, I also include the branded blade and chain it has in the box. (Oregon).
Πάρα πολύ δυνατό. Το μαρτυρούν άλλωστε και τα Watt του. Δεν το περίμενα τόσο καλό για τα λεφτά που κοστίζει. Στα συν του βάζω και την επώνυμη λάμα και αλυσίδα που έχει στο κουτί. (Oregon).
I also have the Hyundai pruning shears and it has served me well. The electric one is not comparable to other Chinese brands. You can find cheaper options for as low as 10 euros, but it's better to leave it. I accidentally ran over the blade cover with my car and the next day the replacement part was available at the store at the right price. It cuts very powerfully and robustly. Hyundai... name-quality-price is superb, and the availability of spare parts is not something we have to worry about later, like with other brands.
Έχω και το κλαδευτικο της hyundai και με έχει βγάλει παλικάρι.το ηλεκτρικό δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα άλλα κινέζικα.βρισκεις και με 10 ευρώ φτηνότερα αλλά άστο καλύτερα.πατησα με το αμάξι το καπάκι λάμας και την άλλη μέρα το ανταλλακτικό ήταν στο μαγαζί και σε σωστή τιμή.
Στη κοπή πετάει πολύ δυνατό και στιβαρό.
Hyundai...ονομα-ποιοτητα-τιμη σουπερ.,και ανταλλακτικά,όχι να ψάχνουμε αργότερα όπως με κάτι αλλά.
I have no experience with chainsaws at all but I can say that I felt safe during its operation because it stops immediately as soon as you release the switch. It cut the wood very easily, quietly, and practically. I am not an expert in the field but as a beginner it did not trouble me at all.
Δεν έχω καθόλου εμπειρία από αλυσοπρίονα αλλά μπορώ να πω ότι αισθάνθηκα ασφάλεια κατά την λειτουργία του διότι σταματάει άμεσα μόλις αφήσεις τον διακόπτη. Έκοψε τα ξύλα με πολλή ανεση, αθόρυβα και πρακτικά. Δεν είμαι γνώστης του αντικειμένου αλλά σαν πρωτάρης δεν με δυσκόλεψε καθόλου.

Excellent behavior in cutting and trimming trees.
The instant chain brake mechanism works properly and the chain does not need frequent adjustments if the tensioning mechanism is tightened correctly and excessive pressure is not applied during cutting.
The consumption of cutting oil is low and after the work is done, no oil leakage was observed.
The weight is relative given that this is a heavy-duty tool intended for heavy professional use.
Εξαιρετικη αποδοση χωρις κραδασμους και καυσαεριο .
Αριστη συμπεριφορα στην κοπη και τεμαχισμο δεντρων.
Ο μηχανισμος ακαριαιας ακινητοποιησης της αλυσιδας λειτουργει σωστα και η καδενα δεν χρειαζεται συχνες ρυθμισεις εαν σφιχτει σωστα ο μηχανισμος τανυσης και δεν ασκηθει ιδιεταιρα μεγαλη πιεση κατα την κοπη.
Η καταναλωση ελαιου κοπης ειναι χαμηλη και μετα το περας των εργασιων δεν παρατηρηθηκε καμια διαρροη λαδιου.
Το βαρος ειναι σχετικο δεδομενου οτι προκειται για εργαλειο βαρεων βαρων που προοριζεται για βαρια επαγγελματικη χρηση.
Perfect for the home, to cut whatever you brought from the forest or prunings, especially if you have your own electricity, very economical... and in its use of oil, it dispenses just the right amount. (Always use oil for chainsaws, nothing to do with engine oils that run like water and also pollute)
Άψογο για το σπίτι, να κόβεις ότι έφερες από το δάσος ή τα κλαδέματα, ειδικά αν έχεις και δικό σου ρεύμα, οικονομικότατο ... και στην χρήση του λαδιού, ρίχνει σωστά όσο πρέπει. (Λάδι πάντα για Αλυσοπρίονα, καμιά σχέση με τα μηχανόλαδα που τρέχουν σαν νερό και μολύνουν κιόλας)
Although the spring of the chain brake broke and I replaced it at a cost of 35 euros (very expensive, fortunately I installed it myself, but it's very difficult to change), I give it 5 stars because the machine is amazing. Just don't hold it in your hands because it's very heavy.

Παρόλο που μου έσπασε το ελατήριο του φρένου της αλυσίδας και το αντικατέστησα με κόστος 35 ευρώ ( πανάκριβο, ευτυχώς το τοποθέτησα μόνος μου, αλλάζει πολύ δύσκολα όμως ) αφού το ξέσκισα το μηχάνημα και μετά βάζω 5 αστέρια γιατί το μηχάνημα τα σπάει . Φτάνει να μην το κρατάς στα χέρια σου γιατί ειναι ασήκωτο .

I bought it on 25/11/24. In January, after having used it a total of 3 times for 15 minutes each, it burned out! Before this, I had another one, of a different brand but at the same price, and it lasted 9 years. I used a 3x2.5mm2 extension cord and used it correctly (as always), so we're clearly talking about a defective product... After a month on the phone, the service did not cover the damage, claiming I overworked it, and told me the repair cost would be 80 Euros. The store I spoke with said this has happened before and that they don't cover this damage at all... even if it's due to a defect, so I didn't risk it (115 purchase + 15 to send it). I threw it away and bought another brand. It's a powerful tool, I won't deny, but I consider it very important to have a warranty.
Το αγόρασα 25/11/24. Τον Ιανουάριο και έχοντας κόψει σύνολικα 3 φορές με 15΄' λειτουργίας στο σύνολο, μου κάηκε! Πρίν από αυτό είχα ένα άλλο, άλλης μάρκας αλλά στα ίδια χρήματα και μου κάηκε μετά απο 9 χρόνια. Είχα μπαλαντέζα 3x2.5mm2 και έκανα ορθή χρήση(όπως πάντα), οπότε μιλάμε ξεκάθαρα γιά ελαττώματικο...Μετά από ένα μήνα στα τηλέφωνα, το service δεν μου κάλυψε τη ζημιά με τη δικαιολογία ότι το ζόρισα και μου είπαν ότι το κόστος επισκευής ανέρχεται στα 80 Ευρω. Με το κατάστημα που μίλησα μου είπε ότι έχει ξανά γίνει αύτο και ότι αυτή τη βλάβη δεν την καλύπτουν με τίποτα....ακόμη και αν είναι από ελάττωμα, οπότε δεν το ρίσκαρα(115αγορα+15 γιά να το στείλω).. Το πέταξα και αγόρασα άλλης μάρκας. Δυνατό εργαλείο δεν λέω, αλλά, θεωρώ πολύ σημαντικό να έχει και εγγύηση.
