For the price, it's decent. The glitter has a material that is something between wax and vaseline. If you put it on your entire eyelid, it will gather in the crease within 5 minutes. It looks nice on the mobile eyelid. The result is quite beautiful. Personally, I applied it with my finger without any problem.
