In December 2009, during a presentation to colleagues and graduate students at the National Technical University of Athens, a sample table of contents of the essay with the central aim of reapproaching lessons from Prehistory and History was presented. It was almost unanimously emphasized the need to supplement it with specific proposals to address issues of the current national and international reality.

The expansion of the sources of the essay also necessitated their mapping in this extensive journey.
