I’ve had it on for 50 minutes, and it doesn’t heat up at all. It’s not even lukewarm, and it stays in the same spot. It has 4 weak little lights that wouldn’t warm it up even if you left it on all day. If you want it for the vibration, okay, yes, it works. If you want it for HEAT too, a laptop’s processor puts out more heat while it’s running
