      It won't start no matter what. After half an hour of cranking that left my hands sore, the god finally granted me and it started, and I blew some leaves in the yard for about ten minutes. After that, I turned it off to switch from blower to vacuum, and it never started again. As a result of all that cranking, the cord came out of the "plastic" spool and won't go back in no matter what. I have only one thing to say... STAY AWAYYYYYY
      P.S. The instructions for "starting for the first time" were followed to the letter by the book.
