Through this book, we aim to describe the entire mystical period from the beginning of Great Lent to the Resurrection of our Lord, in simple and comprehensible language for our children. The ultimate goal is for the parent, the catechist, the priest, or all together with the child to help them understand the deep significance of this specific period through customs, fasting, the Sacred Services, Holy Week, and the Resurrection. We hope that our churches will be filled every year with more children, who will truly experience Great Lent and the Resurrection.
