This volume includes a selection of a total of 90 book reviews and presentations on various topics of theatrical historiography, as they have been published (with a few exceptions) in the first five volumes of "Paravase," the Scientific Bulletin of the Department of Theater Studies at the University of Athens.
All have been reworked and updated with the latest bibliography. Moreover, they are presented in a logical (thematic and chronological) sequence, in order to illuminate, as a whole, quite systematically specific areas of theatrical historiography, and have been categorized into thematic sections.
