Very good product with which I saw a huge difference for the better. I have a serious problem in one of my hips and while I had some pain with regular intake, I saw a great improvement to the point that the pain has almost disappeared. I highly recommend it. The taste is strange at first but then you get used to it.

It helped a lot with joint pain and I liked the taste. My friend didn't like the taste so it depends on your palate! It reminded me of something I drank when I was little but I can't remember what.

I felt it helped a lot from the third or fourth day of use. The only downside is that it ran out quickly; I followed the instructions exactly, but it finished in 15 days if I remember correctly

Positive: Definitely effective if you follow the dosage instructions. I see a big difference in my joints, which easily get rusty due to my age.

Negative: The taste (which is common) and the fact that you have to take it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Very good product for arthritis, although I suspect it may sometimes increase my heart rate. Maybe I'm wrong and the increased heart rate is due to another product I'm taking at the same time. However, it definitely does what it says and more in terms of relieving joint pain and osteoarthritis. Very powerful product

The star is lost due to its unfortunately awful taste. However, it seems to deliver to a great extent what it promises.

If you use it for a month in combination with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, it makes a serious improvement where there is a problem (knees, hip joints with legs, waist, and others)
