Το είχα αγοράσει απο το Gear Best πριν απο >6 χρόνια. Μακράν το καλύτερο VFM προπονητικό ρολόι. Δε μου εχει παρουσιάσει κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα. Διαβαζω συχνά για το τζαμακι του παλμογράφου οτι ξεκολλάει κλπ. Αυτο σε εμενα δεν έχει συμβεί. Κι αν έχει δουλέψει το ρολόι!. Αλεπάλληλα τρίαθλα, άπειρες ώρες στη θάλασσα, ατέλειωτες ώρες στο ποδήλατο. Δεν έπαθε ποτέ, τίποτα. Ωστόσο δε θα μπορούσαν να είναι όλα τέλεια. Φερειπίν στο νερό, το gps δεν δουλεύει σωστά. Δείχνει ότι να ναι... Επίσης ο παλμογράφος στο στατικό ποδήλατο δε λειτουργεί όπως πρέπει. Και τέλος το κλασσικό πρόβλημα με το αξονάκι του λουριού που κουμπώνει στο ρολόι, ειδικά εαν έχεις "χοντρό" καρπό. Αργά η γρήγορα θα χαλάσει η οπή στο ρολόι (και οχι το αξονάκι) οπότε κάπου εκεί σκέπτεσαι την ανακύκλωση. Προβλήματα αντιμετώπισα επίσης απο οταν το λογισμικό υποστήριξης στο τηλέφωνο έγινε ZEPP. Δεν υπάρχει καμία συνάφεια. Ούτε γενικά, ούτε ειδικά. Tragic...

After moderate use for a year, the heart rate sensor broke as its protective cover came off. I never used it in water. The strap wore out within six months. In any case, the heart rate measurements were all over the place. Stay away unless you want to replace it every year!!!

I've had it for over two years.. I've used it for running, crossfit, the sea, and the pool.. It hasn't shown any problems, no screen has come off the heart rate monitor, it works just fine... Its interface isn't anything spectacular.. The themes are few and of low graphic quality.. I've found the Amazfaces app for more themes, but it was a hassle until I learned how to transfer them to the watch, and some don't work.. The battery lasts 5-7 days, depending on activities, notifications from the phone, the heart rate monitor, etc..
The negatives for me are:
1) I would like more workout options. Compared to the Huawei GT2, it has 1/4 of the options. Not that all will be used on the GT2, but at least an option for crossfit or rowing training would be just right.
2) Quite often in the pool, it loses laps and I might have done 20 but it has recorded 18-19. I haven't checked if it counts correctly in the sea or if there's an issue there too.

After 1 year of being really satisfied with everything, it suddenly never opened again. The glass came off and got moisture, resulting in it coming apart. Unfortunately, I liked it quite a bit in terms of style and its functions were value for money. However, not to break down in one year.

After a year of use and after a dive at 3 meters, it took in water and it's over... update: luckily it was under warranty and they replaced the screen with a relatively simple process. However, 3 months later, it completely stopped working... I will send it back since it is still under warranty and we'll see...

As a smartwatch, the device fully satisfied me. Always-on display, many watchfaces to choose from in sporty or casual styles, seamless connection with Bluetooth headphones for listening to music during exercise, accuracy in measurements, fast charging, instant notification reception, quick GPS connection, and beautiful design.
The problem lies in the build quality and the charging method. The charger is not magnetic like recent smartwatches/smartbands, but you have to forcefully snap the watch onto the charger. This sometimes results in the watch not connecting to the charger and not charging. As for the build quality, after 1.5 years, the device no longer charges, and when you connect it to its charger, it only shows 0%. I even changed the charger, but it didn't fix the issue.
I will stay away from AmazFit since it's not worth spending €150 to have a watch for 1.5 years.

I had the same problem; the heart rate monitor glass came off, resulting in it not measuring and getting water inside. It's a shame because it looks like a beautiful watch; I was very excited at first.

Like many others, after one year the sensor's glass came off and the board got moisture. Something that is not covered by the warranty. Throughout the previous year, with regular baths in the sea, I had no issues at all. The watch, as a watch, is quite good; I was satisfied with its uses and simultaneously dissatisfied with its defectiveness, as after this I didn't dare to buy another one.

I have had the watch for 19 months and I am very satisfied. I read from many that the glass of the heart rate monitor came off. Personally, after two summers and many baths in the sea and in the bathtub, it has not suffered anything at all. Simply, after thirteen months, the screen burned pixels. It was like it was hit by a small caliber bullet. Although the warranty has expired, the store from which I bought it (through Skroutz) took on the responsibility to replace it for free. Very accurate measurements. I compared it with the Samsung S3 Frontier. When the Stratos recorded exactly 1 km, the Samsung recorded 1 km and 90 meters. I had to make a straight line of 1 km with both watches and with Google Earth, I found that the Xiaomi recorded the actual kilometers. It is worth a thousand times the purchase. I bought it for €155.

Well, I've had the watch for 3 years! I am very satisfied with the quality! Where I would like more autonomy is the battery, which lasts 6 days! I have taken it to the sea, the pool, etc., countless times and it hasn't suffered any damage! I am amazed by the comments from some who say that "if it goes into the sea, cry for it," etc. Well, that is absolutely not true! For 3 summers now, I have been wearing it in the sea because it has a measurement that tracks how much you swim and how many calories you burn, and I have had NOT THE SLIGHTEST problem! Also, some say about the little glass on the back that measures the heart rate that it comes off, and I will say WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, GUYS? Are you sure you are referring to the same watch? Get it without hesitation; it does what it promises and even more...

I will share my experience after a long time of use and after it was replaced by the Xiaomi GTS. In the beginning, when I bought it, I was very satisfied as it was a very vfm proposal for the money and competition at that time. However, over time I started to have some issues. Initially, I was annoyed by its faded screen, which looked bad when lit up, especially at night. Over time, depending on the updates it received, it failed to recognize hand movements, resulting in having to press a button to see the time more than half the time. Overall, it is beautiful and of good quality, and its measurements seem accurate to me, but definitely now in 2021, I wouldn't buy it for any reason at this price. There are much better options for less money, like the Amazfit GTS that I got for 90 euros. I gave it 4 stars, which was my initial impression, but probably compared to others, it should have 3-3.5. Happy shopping from me!

Less than a year has passed and as I read in the comments, I am not the first one whose smartwatch glass came off, allowing seawater to enter and, of course, it was completely ruined. Wasted money. 140€ and I no longer have a smartwatch.

Simply never again! After a year of use, one night while I was sleeping, I felt a burning sensation on my wrist and when I got up to check it, I realized that the glass underneath that measures with the green light was burning and had left a mark on my hand. I put it on charge and in the morning I found the contacts melted as well as the charger, and of course, the watch never turned on again!

The classic problem with the glass and for me, it came off and got water on the board and that's it. They say the warranty doesn't cover it due to misuse, without clearly explaining what constitutes misuse. Consumer advocate and we'll see.

Having the watch for almost a year, I can say it is value for money. It sits very well on the wrist and during the day the display looks crystal clear as it is like a reflector. The charging dock did not impress me as it requires a bit of force to fit properly into the socket, and I fear that the dock will get damaged from the strap. Tested in the sea, I can say that it didn't give me any problems, only slightly deviated the route I took in the water, with some discrepancies. My main issue is why I took off one star, although I should have taken off two, is the fact that I cannot connect it to the computer, resulting in not having access to certain functions of the watch. Other than that, all good.

first of all, I want to inform you that this is only the second review I am writing for a product here on Skroutz. I entered this process to share my own experience with this particular watch since I have had it for 2 years and 3 months. I am very satisfied with both the running measurements and its durability; I have used it in the sea for the past 3 summers and it has not suffered any damage. I have never taken it off my wrist except to charge it. I bought it from China in June 2018.
I understand that many have issues with the glass and that there may be a defect with the product. But I see that the problem lies with the company's service in Greece and not with the watch itself.

Classically, I also fell for the little glass of the heart rate monitor. The watch never went into the sea or water in general, it got moisture from sweat... Wasted money! Get a Chinese one for €30, same functions and properly waterproof.

The watch, to my great disappointment, after 2 years of use where it never touched water (except for instances when I washed my hands), for the first time I decided to put it in water and in very shallow water, it turned off in the first 2 minutes without even going to any depth, just having my hand in it. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Guys, what review can I give when I didn't get to enjoy it. Not even 2 months after I got it, the glass on the sensor that measures the heart rate fell off and the watch became useless. I took it to the dealership and they told me if I bought it from an authorized store, a return could be made. Otherwise, forget it. And I forgot it. Unfortunately, it can't be fixed. Other than that, the watch has accuracy in measurements, it is stylish, and its response is good. I gave it 2 stars because otherwise, it is fair for its price. If you are lucky and don't experience the same. But such a defect that can render the product useless is unacceptable in my opinion. That's it from me, happy shopping!

In less than a year, the light doesn't turn on, and before this happened, I washed my hands without taking it off just once. Now will I be able to figure it out?

The watch is beautiful and sits well on the wrist, while it generally has good build quality there is a significant flaw which is the cover on the bottom of the heart rate monitor....on mine it almost came off over time and the watch became unusable, what a shame for the €160. While everything else I have bought from Xiaomi has not disappointed me!

After 1 year of use, the watch got water from the heart rate glass. uselessss my money was wasted!!!

I wonder why the company hasn't withdrawn it from the market yet. The watch is defective. It also took my water from the pulse meter, resulting in a burned circuit board, and now good luck finding your own. Unacceptable from such a company

I have been the owner of the watch for 14 months and I can say that with daily use I have had no problems with the screen, nor with the strap, and of course not with the heart rate glass. There are definitely smartwatches with better screen clarity, materials, and battery, but it is a very decent watch; the price could definitely be lower, around €100! The battery lasts 6-7 days with no Bluetooth usage and 4 days with usage. The screen is bright but it could have more realistic and true colors. Overall, I would recommend it unless you want better battery life and image quality, in which case you can go with your eyes closed to Huawei, which lasts 20 days for the same money and has a sturdy construction!

This is the first Xiaomi product that I rate with 1 star.. truly a terrible watch for its price.. screen? awful black

The watch, like all of them, had the issue with the sensor cover, which is obviously defective and came off for no reason; I hadn't noticed it, went into the water, and it said goodbye!!! It's unacceptable not to replace it with a new watch since there is a material failure in the product; obviously, never again a smart watch from this specific company!

I gave it as a gift to my husband a year ago and he doesn't take it off.. He is into running and likes it a lot.. Maybe he would just want the battery to last a little longer.. Other than that, it is perfect for its price!

I bought it in April because I work as a lifeguard in a lake during the winter and at the beach in the summer. For the two months in the lake, it didn't suffer any damage while I was swimming daily. Then, in the sea, after two months of daily use in saltwater, it stopped working one day. I took it back to the store where I bought it because the warranty obviously applied, and although they delayed me incredibly for three months, their response was that it was not covered by the warranty because the sensor's glass had come off like it did for everyone. Very disappointed, as it seemed good at first.

One of the same. After about 1.5 years of use, the buttons stopped responding and the watch started behaving strangely (the screen would turn off, it would restart by itself). When I took it off my wrist, I realized that the glass of the heart rate monitor had come off, which I initially thought was unrelated. Eventually, I understood, from the other comments, that this was responsible for the malfunction of the watch. I wouldn't say it was a bad fitness tracker (for as long as it lasted), however, I have no desire to buy a new one every now and then. I do not recommend it.
